Im giving this pharmacy 2 stars, not the store as a whole. Because Im not understanding why I have been on the phone for over 40 minutes listening to it ring and go back to the automated voice menu, and back to ringing. Yall dont know how to answer the phone in the pharmacy? There's no way to convince me that in a 40+ minute timeframe yall have NO time to answer the phone, but when Im standing in line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes, yall seem to be answering every call that comes in. Its very unprofessional and something needs to be done about it. If you dont wanna do your job in its entirety, then maybe you should find another job. It should NOT be this hard to get ahold of the pharmacy. Its been now, almost an hour athat Ive been trying to get through to the pharmacy and still, no answer. Thank God Im not dealing with a time sensitive matter, otherwise, this pharmacys unprofessionalism would be even more problematic than it is now. Answer the phone! Do your job.

They rarely answer the phone and now you're lucky if they have your meds available. The pharmacists seem to be uneducated on medications. They know less than you do. If you ask them questions about a new medication they can't explain and refer you to someone else. Looking confused. However, I came back to rite aid because CVS was even worse hiring children or young adults that are not educated in medications. I received someone else's prescription one time and it was a heart medication it could have done damaged to me but the one thing is rite aid has always had better medication than CVS. It is just a nuisance of a weight.

I been trying to call and get refills for days! Even if you go Inside you will wait over a hour in line and four hours to get the medicine. The store always look as if it's ran through, boxes all over nothing on the shelf! Unfortunately this my now my local rite aid since the other local one closed. Hopefully I'll find another pharmacy in the next few because heck no! I pay a nice amount for my medicine and I can't deal with feeling like I'm going to get robbed in the store. Everybody always look so overwhelmed to the point I always feel bad! Nobody never look like it's a ok day for them working there. I never get attitudes or anything but it look like it's a bunch of bad energy in that store. It remind me of the Walgreens that was at bridge and Pratt.

They never want to pick upThe phone at this location. What the point of having a phone number there then?

I have first-hand experience with the drive-thru walking in as well as calling this location. They are horrible all three aspects. You will guarantee sit and drive through at least 10 minutes before someone even comes to. If you get frustrated and walk in you're going to find that they not only have a very slim selection of anything but it takes just as long. Don't think aboutcalling ahead they won't answer 10 times and still won't get an answer.

I went to the pharmacy to pick the medicines twice and they said it was not ready. When I went for the third time they said prescription expired they can't give the medicines. What kind of service is that. They made me wait for the medications for days and then they can't give me. What kind of s*** is that. Worst experience ever.

First things first, the female cashier who rung me up, her name was along the lines of Sanita. I didn't get a good glance at her name tag. She was very rude about wanting to help me and my sister with a coupon. She was grown but acted like a 16 year old that didn't know what to do even though theyve been working there for a year. She asked for one of her male colleagues to help, he was just as rude as she was and brushed it off. VERY rudely. Again, I didn't get a glimpse of his name tag, very unfortunate if he were a manager.Another one of her colleagues came in and actually helped, I think his name was John. He cleared up the problem quickly and easily. No hassle or disrespect, props to him.The other two need more training on customer service, it's literally their job.I understand it's hard working in customer service/retail as I worked as a cashier. Customer aren't nice sometimes, they throw fits, but as a cashier, it's your job to stay calm and not rile them up. I was polite to the the female colleague at first, then she gave me attitude, and that's when I started being rude back. You can't be all happy and jolly talking to your colleagues one second and rude and stale to a CUSTOMER the next.I will not be going to this rite aid again. I will stick to CVS.

The new Manager never allows me to use the Bathroom. The foreigners seem very rude...even buying something to try to feel comfortable in the store...to find that it was expired....Just horrible
