There is always a couple hot pairs of shoes in there every time I go in. I ended up buying a North face backpack that's usually like $100 for $40. You really do be finding stuff in there that would cost you double if not triple the amount had do you bought it at the mall or even online. Ross got that gas?. Ross is low-key the ?

Great store for affordable,decent quality clothes. However, customer service is not very important to them.Lots of attitudes from some cashiers. lazy and rude, and they have forgotten it's all about customer satisfaction. Need improvement.

Terrible customer service, lazy and rude cashiers. They have forgotten it's all about customer satisfaction. Never seeing anything like this, telling customers you can grab your receipt. Need improvement,maybe new management and educate employees. Have respect when people come to spend their hard earn money.
