I was just here for the first time I will not be returning they did my nails nicely not exactly like the picture they said they didn’t do ombré nails but the lady cut my finger very deeply it bled a lot as she was doing my nails she said sorry but then still charged me full price with no hesitation land they are very demanding when they talk to you I don’t like that at all and after reading the reviews I understand the rest of them who had a bad experience with this salon

I started going here 5 years ago when my brother in law passed away, I wanted his initials on my nails. They were so sweet & ever since then I've been going to them. My nails always come out how I want them. It's clean and relaxing. They care about their customers. Absolutely love the owner she is the best!

I walked into the establishment and was greeted with an unpleasant attitude. I inquired about a specific design, and the staff member directed me to a designated chair for this service. Upon sitting down, I encountered an even more negative demeanor from the technician. After presenting my desired design, I was informed that it could not be executed on medium-sized nails, which I accepted. However, when I briefly looked down to pause my music, I received a remark, “Can you pay attention here?” delivered in a very rude tone. I politely expressed that there are more courteous ways to communicate. This response appeared to upset him, resulting in his refusal to proceed with my nails. He then abruptly left the area, visibly upset and slamming items in his way. The technician's name was Kim.

Was a TERRIBLE Waste of Time and money. The lady RUSHED thru the services I was getting done. She left dirt under my nails , waashed @ painted VERY QUICKLY!!! It was very stressful. And the older lady at the Register was HORRIBLE. She ripped me off$ , and was yelling and making Nasty faces ,looking away. I will NEVER SET FOOT in there again !! Just HORRIBLE!! Horrible service AND employees

Very rude & mean my nails were cut off because I wanted a longer length. Even tho they were cut to short because she started cutting them before I could even answer what length I wanted. She was so mad cutting my nails off she ripped my reals nails left me bleeding. Just disgusting

Service was definitely not welcoming. They used Vaseline on my feet not lotion, then I had to rub it in myself. The whole time me and my daughter got bad vibes the laughing n eye glazes at us both gave rude. I'll never go back.

I’ve been getting my nails done with Kim and Lili for about two years now, and they’ve truly become like family. The salon is family-owned, always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I always leave happy with their work!

I am a black woman that use to frequently go to this establishment until today, I will never give them my money again. I was the first and only client there when I got my refill (fullset ). While I was being serviced, of course more people came. So I was told to wait 15 mins so that I could get a pedicure, and when that 15 minutes was up, they allowed a white woman to get her pedicure before me. I felt some kind of way so I asked for them to just charge me for my nails then left. I’ve never endured any prejudice or racism until today, and I am so disappointed. They need to do better ! Black women support your black businesses because these other people do not care for us !

Me and my daughter go every 2-3 weeks to get refills and we get pedicures every other month. Absolutely love it here. Prices are reasonable and the employees and owners are always so nice and welcoming. I know they only accept CASH on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, possibly even Thursday, not 100% sure on that though. They do have a Mac machine inside of needed.
**Appointments are highly recommended for Thursday through Sunday, they will turn you away if you don't have an appointment and they are busy.**

The way she spoke to me in front of my daughter and the whole salon. Meanwhile, when I’m there I have to deal with her daughter screaming and crying the whole time. Beating up her parents. Saying she hates them. Jumping all over me to see my my nails cuz she wants hers done too. Nobody has control over that child. Then I also recommended so many people to them. I TIP. I’ve never even seen them do any kind of cleaning in there other than sweeping. And don’t get me started on the way they treat the black women but tend to the white women like they are above everyone else! I will never go back here!

{Part 1} So I am literally shaking as I write this because I can not believe how bad I was disrespected here. I’d read the whole thing if you really wanna know the main point. Okay so, I had been coming here for a few months. The first thing I noticed about this salon was how aggressive the owner was but I just figured she was just in “boss mode”. I always liked my nails when they did them till the day the owner did them. She kept cutting me and the quality of my nails were not up to par as her husband’s that normally did my nails. But I didn’t say anything. I didn’t wanna complain because this salon was convenient for me and I could tell by her attitude that she would be argumentative. So the next time a younger girl did my nails and her fingers were bleeding the whole time. She kept cutting herself. That made me uncomfortable. She actually ended up passing me off to the husband who once again did a good job. As time went on I tried to stick with the husband till one day I got the wife again. She was rough with my hands again and totally messed up the design I chose for my nails. I asked her to fix my lines and she kept getting mad about it so once again I let it go. *Even after my nail broke off after she had me to wash my hands and she had to fix it and told
me to be careful with an attitude.* But the finishing product was so bad, I couldn’t hold it this time but she had left to go pick up her child so I had to ask another associate for help. The young girl and guy both helped me. They said they had to hurry before she came back because she would be pissed. So they rushed but did well with a few minor flaws. They kept telling me “she will be mad but you are the customer so you should be happy with what you pay for” but they seemed nervous too cuz they didn’t wanna be caught. The owner never returned. So my next appointment, I was getting my toes done and I asked the young guy doing my toes if the owner was upset with me because she never spoke to me when i came in. He said, “yea she was pissed that day, she wanted you to say something before she was done” (mind you, I did and she kept getting mad). I was really apologetic and he kept reassuring me that it’s ok. He went on to say that he always tries to tell her to be nicer to her customers but she doesn’t listen and he gives up because the customers still come back even tho she is rude. Smh. So onto my next appointment. It was a normal day because she was not there but then my next appointment after that I called for an appointment and they gave me 5pm. Me and my daughter walked in a few mins before 5 and the owner asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes at 5 o’clock. She said pick a color. I said I have a design. Then I waited. Then another girl comes in after me and said she had a 5pm too. And they took her right away. So I asked the owner where she wanted me. She said I could go to her table but “i don’t know cuz last time i did it for you, you didn’t like”. I told her that was two appointments ago and I did not like the design I picked. I was trying to not be rude and just flat out tell her she was trash. So then she starts screaming and tryna embarrass me in front of the salon. Saying I should’ve did this and I should’ve did that. My daughter got upset because she seen me go into a shell because of my anxiety. But we waited again. Just for her to come back to me and say, “matter of fact, nobody can do for you because you didn’t like my nails.” Now I’m PISSED. I said, “I like when everyone else does my nails. I just didn’t like yours”. She said, “yup that’s why no one can do” in this childish voice she kept making. Then she goes on to tell me my nails are too long anyway and sometimes I re glue them when they break. I re glued one nail. And I don’t see how that matters. At that point she was just talking trash. I told her she’s just mad cuz I didn’t like her nails. And me and my daughter left. I was so hurt.

If u like good customer service, do not come here
I was at this salon with my mother and the owner was just very rude to my mother, telling her her nail were to long and my mom always complains, even tho my mom only complain twice, when the owner did my mom‘s nails, but before she chose to be rude and kick us out, when we first got to the salon she was being rude off the jump and I asked my mom
“who is she talking too” because she was very hostile to her. Even though my mom has bring her customers plenty of times
Over all the owner is very rude and very cocky. I would not suggest coming to the salon. Ever
