this was my first time and is now my new favorite salon. everyone was nice and lily did amazing! i love the stamp cards they give you too, that definitely makes me want to come back. this place is very reasonably priced which is also why i will be returning. everyone charges outrageous prices but this place is great!Service: Acrylic nails

First I would like to say the Service is excellent, the nail art is phenomenal, and the employee's are helpful and respectful. I prefer Lili to do my nails because they look amazing when I walk out the door. I would refer this Nail Spa to everyone. And besides the beautiful nail art I have long nails and they look real and fabulous. Never have I had a nail break.Service: Acrylic nails

Horrible customer service and nail care. The older lady was disrespectful and rude to me and other black customers. I’m appalled to be treated in such way. The nail jobs are not great either. I’m a loyal every 2 weeker and I’d rather spend my money elsewhere where I’m appreciated and treated fairly.

Horrible experience and the customer service was awful. I was not satisfied with the treatment and ask the head staff member (older lady) if she could give attention to an area of my foot I was not pleased with, her response was “No, I did it already “. I seen past reviews so I was skeptical but because it was close I figured I’ll try it out. NEVER AGAIN! Would not recommend this place due to the poor service they offer.Service: Pedicure

I tried this place after moving to the Delco area. I had been getting dip powder on my nails for almost 5 years and NEVER had them break so easily. These are my natural nails that I always grow out long. At my previous shop when they would do my nails it would take a lot for them to break. I come here and one broke in the same day. I go back the next day to get it fixed and they charged me $5 because I had a “design” which you see is only 2 black lines. 3 days later my pinky nail breaks. I call them and complain and I’m told that I should take better care of my nails and not to return since I don’t think they did a good job. 2 more days later my thumb nail breaks. In less than a week 3 nails broke from doing simple things such as putting on my pants and closing my door. They obviously use cheap products. I have never had my nails break so easily with dip powder on them. I would never return and definitely do not recommend anyone go here. The 3 times I went they all fawned over how long and strong my natural nails are but then turn around and say it’s my fault they’ve broken within days of getting them done here. Horrible! It’s evident they use cheap products. The first time I went I thought things were good and even referred 3 friends to them. One had her tip and acrylic come off as one. The other her gel chipped after only a week. As a collective we agreed that this place wasn’t a good choice.

This place is so racist. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I was speaking to MY CHILD about the price of her nails because I can do that when I am paying for a service. The young woman had the shear audacity to tell me “Every time you come in here you have a problem with the price” …. um excuse me??? I wasn’t even talking to her and AGAIN if I am spending my money, there shouldn’t be an issue with asking for basically an itemized receipt. I should know what I am paying for!! I ignore her and continue talking to my child and she interrupts again and continues to embarrass me in front of the entire salon. What type of business owner does that?? It’s unprofessional. Oh and if you’re Black? Don’t even try, they give you attitude from the moment you walk in. White women get waited on hand and foot while the Black women get chastised.Service: Acrylic nails

My first experience with this nail salon was on Saturday. I had just taken off a previous set of nails (not done by them) in order to get a shorter set (an overlay). I’m a licensed cosmetologist that actually does nail care services, so I’m familiar with everything that goes into the services.This day I scheduled an appointment at 2pm for an overlay with gel polish. I arrive for the appointment and wait about 10 mins to be serviced. Not a big deal since they were a little busy at the time. Once I got with the nail technician that’s when things changed. I complimented this lady on her work after she did about two nails very clean application and the detail. However she felt that she needed to mention that “overlays take so long.” Why have a service listed if your technicians don’t want to do them?! So that’s already showing this women’s attitude towards doing my overlay service. Mind you while I was being serviced all the other technicians kept stopping by watching her do the overlay. While her coworkers watched she repeatedly kept saying something smart about doing my overlay. That’s rude! Again, they shouldn’t have services for clients to select when they don’t want to do them. In fact, you’re making your clients feel uncomfortable and it’s not professional. I won’t be returning needless to say. As a professional you should always carry yourself a certain way. With this kind of business, you need to have better customer service to retain clients but they don’t seem to care. There are too many people doing great nail care services then to give your money to a salon like this. She even had an attitude when I told her that I didn’t need to use the top coat they supplied. I was going straight home to complete this set. Instead of questioning a paying client, smile and let them be great!!!! Don’t give attitude! As a professional cosmetologist, I still tipped the 30% I do for everyone. This is NOT what this particular technician deserved at all. This place seems to only cater to people that get long nails and many designs. Stay away if that’s not you and you want great service, no attitude

I had an amazing experience here! I had to take a phone call while getting my nails done (you know how that can be with no earphones) and they were very patient and efficient. Also the nails are very smooth ever time I come. No lumps. And always even. No matter who does it! Come here! Will not disappoint!Services: Waxing

Upon arriving i was immediately seated for a pedicure. This was the ONLY highlight of my experience while visiting this dump. The staff has the nastiest attitudes. My cuticles were clipped to the point of bleeding and the ONLY reason i am not inserting those photos is because i am at work. After time and time again asking the foot lady to not clip my cuticles that low, my requests were ignored so i asked to just polish my toes so the pain would end. I was then guided to the mail chair furthest to the end where i believe the owner with the most atrocious attitude and deplorable skills seated me. I asked her to do 3 different designs that she declined to do before settling on this one that she STILL didn’t get right. She also sliced into my pinky while vigorously filing my nails with the most disgusting attitude and tells me “I’m sensitive”. Meanwhile, her two children are running around the nail shop, crying, fighting, gliding around the floors on chairs bumping into customers and she is yelling at them. All while i am paying for a service. She also rushed my service because she wanted to close. Having to call friends to tell her to “calm down”. At the end of this mess, she charges me $100 for acrylic being plastered to my skin, sh*tty designs my 5 year old niece could have done, cuts, and a ruined trip to this terrible establishment. This is the worst nail salon ever . I’m not sure why Google doesn’t have a zero star rating . The old lady is rude to everyone that comes in. She talks about people, and makes fun of customers as soon as they leave with the pedicure gremlins. They are not even subtle about it they are loud, and obnoxious. The old guy screams at people for asking a simple question. I’m not sure why everybody is so angry that works there. But overall it’s hostile environment and I would never recommend it to anyone. Also I did notice if you on unsanitary practices, that were concerning.

So I've been going to this place for a while now and they do offer good services except for the fact that the owner is VERY unprofessional. I ignored her unprofessionalism for a while because the nail techs are good but my most recent visit she basically disrespected me because I always get a basic fill every two weeks or basic full set. I don't get the extra designs, which of course is extra money, so I guess my money isn't good enough for her shop even though I go every two weeks. She's rude and I won't be going back. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because of everyone else working there is great but I won't put anymore money in her pocket.
