I had a great experience at Sun East Bank, thanks to the exceptional service from Branch Manager Joe Miller. Even though I came in right before closing, Joe was incredibly patient and welcoming. He took the time to help me set up a Minor account and made the entire process smooth and easy, all while carrying on a friendly and informative conversation. His associate, the teller, was also kind and helpful. I live out of town, so I made it a point to stop by while visiting and I’m glad I did. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I had been having problems with lost statements. Joe Miller the branch manager helped me solve my problem in 5 minutes. This was at 11:45 on Saturday morning. He is what all customer service employees should strive to be. All the employees at this branch deserve kudos. Never had a bad experience.

Today was a very good experience that I had up at the the Sunny's office today was very helpful and showed me quite a few things that I could do on my phone to protect my debit card I am very status with that I'm glad that they were able to help me and give me peace of mind thank you

I would like to speak to one the big bosses, yall Gave me a opportunity to get a car loan for my first car, but the policy about keep the insurance comp & liability, & I ran into a situation & my loan went back up as if I never paid anything this year I so truly hurt i am just Afro-American man trying survive in this world, & I was hoping one day I could purchase a home thru sun east

I've been with this credit union for years and I just heard the DUMBEST thing this morning sun east federal credit DOES NOT fo ACH deposits on Saturday but they are open for everything else just about I'm a disappointed customer they do need better customer service and they need to have more human interaction sometimes it takes more than an hour for them to return your calls

The reviews on here about poor customer service are spot on! Had a loan through them, car got totalled, tried to get a new loan for a new car. Sent in all required info then get ignored for 2 weeks. Tried calling 4 times, left voice mails, no return. Guess I'll be getting my loan elsewhere

These conartists keep screwing my girlfriend over. They withheld her CHECK so they could charge her extra fees and acted like she was wrong for complaining. I really hope karma eats these arrogant pos alive.
