I always get ripped off when I go into a t mobile store, got a new phone on Saturday and had a bad feeling because the rep didn't tell me how much my bill would go up by so I call customer service and wow 60 dollars more. He was able to find me a better deal, and I shall be returning this phone within the 14-day period. Thank you Joshua from customer care.

It's a lot of waiting. I was just paying a bill. There's no sitting area. You are basically waiting on someone to come serve your needs. It could be run much better than what it is. But business is open to make money.

Drew, Derick, Richard and Belle were so nice. Anytime I need my phone to be serviced I’ll come to see them. They all make me feel so at home. Thank you!

My daughter and I went into complete a few services on November 6, 2023. The staff in that store were so rude and so ignorant. The young lady I do believe her name was Christabel was so nasty to us and so dismissive that we left and went to another T-Mobile store. I am a Veteran and have been with T-Mobile for a while. I’ve had my number since 2006 when it was with Sprint. The fact that the 3 employees kept ignoring customers was terrible. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

69th street T Mobile store , there is female employee is so ignorant and illiterate behavior is so bad and unacceptableI was trying to find out a price if iPhone case , couple of times said excuse me how much is itShe’s replied you got stay at door frontI said what kind of answer is that ! Anyway this kind person how they hired? Imagine this kind of person how they live their life . This person should travel the world then realize how nice thus our world

My experience with this store was so bad that I actually had to write a letter to corporate. I don't know that I've done that in 20 years. I don't know that I've had a ruder experience in a store. And it wasn't just one time. I would suggest that you go out of your way to go to another store.

Terrible experience I went to the store to make a change in my line and oh buy a phone I asked for a person to answer that speaks Spanish because there are always 2 and a woman attended to me I think she was mute because I only shook my head no no and I didn't say ok no It is today, what day is it coming, it shakes my head again no no Wauu I felt that it was racist it was my best store now I am disappointed
