Every time I go to this store the customer service is outstanding! I have never had a bad experience. My family and I only go to this store for any of our phone needs. I highly recommend this store.

I originally went to store on Baltimore pike in Springfield and after waiting a while the salesman just wasn’t interested. I left and went here and it was a totally different experience. Kaseem was so polite, knowledgeable and seemed happy to help me. I highly recommend this store - especially Kaseem.

My first time going into a T mobile store...at first I called and spoke with Rachel and she recommended I come into the store...as I entered she greeted me and already knew who I was...she was so helpful and made sure my 5g home internet was set up and activated before I left the store...when I got home it was already ready to go...we are very happy with our service so far and very satisfied with the customer service at T mobile...Thank you Rachel!!!

The manager Troy Albany should not be the manager. I am referring to the store on State Road in Upper Darby. Every time I go in the store he gives negative energy and I have been there on several occasions. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I went into the store to trade in my old device for the Galaxy S22. Troy came out to wait on me. One of the staff members asked him if he wanted him to take care of me because he had me sitting there for a while. He kept saying that he could take of me. In the process of him attempting to help me I had a phone call. He ended the call without even asking me if it was okay to end the call. The next thing I knew he got up from the table and walked in the back. The next thing I saw was him exiting the store without acknowledging me. Another staff member came over to help me and in the process of helping me two guys came in an robbed the store of merchandise. Now I'm afraid. I left and came back the next day. Troy was there and never acknowledged me. Emanuel helped me. I had a lot of data on my phone so I had to come back again. The process took me 5 days to complete as I work and have other commitments. All of the other staff members were great and I have only ever been treated without respect from Troy. I will refrain from visiting this store in the future and my family and friends as well. I wasn't offered any credit or complimentary items for having to go through this ordeal. I love T-mobile but this is unacceptable. I hope something is done about his unprofessionalism.

Bad customer service from the one girl. I knew I was wasting my time when she said “customer service” before the lady in front of me finished her sentence. Basically her ignorance of the system and how things work is obvious and she’s learned to pass the buck as fast as possible. Watching her fumble the screen protector because her nails are too long to do her job was just a little frustrating. In the end the protector is dirty and has a couple air bubbles but I don’t have to talk to her anymore. The other girl was professional and made me feel welcome.
