The lady behind the counter what a rude person !! She wasn’t wearing a mask either she had a terrible attitude someone should fire her and I will be reporting that this location isn’t enforcing masks on their employees

The guy behind the glass had no mask on (as required by orders of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) and will not allow pre-signed checks (every other check cashing place I've been too wants it pre-signed upon going to the window). The guy is a total a**hole and has a s**try attitude to go along with it.

Older African American lady with glasses speak to you rude for no reason. Anything out her mouth is rude. She has no customers service I don’t think she like her job. I said good morning she rolled her eyes. They should send a undercover person there so they can see how she operates.

Good check cashing routine. They keep you on file and that’s a plus!! however if you find someplace else who does the same thing don’t come here at all. It’s 3 ladies who work here. It’s one dark skin women who works the Lottery. She’s barely there but when she is you’ll know it. She is Super loud and ratchet but I don’t really see her giving to much attitude. Another lady is more quiet, she’s not the nicest person but she’s not mean or nasty. I usually hope and pray I get her whenever I go in to cash my check. Side note: but I think the behavior of the other two females is starting to slowly sink in her blood.

I know years ago I was able to cash my check without an Id but not my id is expired will they still do it

I attend Federal Jury duty and receive checks for attending and because it’s a government check, this establishment cannot charge outrageous percentage to cash the check so they refuse to cash it!!!! It’s a government check!!!! Seriously!!!!! You shouldn’t try to get rich off of cashing someone’s check anyway!!!!! So what about all the elder people with their government checks....
