“My ford vehicle with a garbage 10r80 transmission broke (as expected). The staff were always courteous and explained everything that was going on with my vehicle. The tech was able to diagnose the problem without any check engine lights or codes in the computer. Unfortunately, i needed a new transmission but they installed it quickly and properly and had me on my way in a reasonable time frame. Pricing was in line with other local shops and while a big expense, it wasn’t excessive with extra bs fees. When i picked up my completed vehicle the girl at the front desk was super helpful and the tech came in to discuss in detail what they had to do to complete the job. Excellent work wd trans! Will be back! (Hopefully not soon)”
“I've been coming here for inspection and maintenance for years. This is definitely one of the best shops around. It's almost always pretty busy so it's best to call ahead to schedule appointment. There's no dedicated parking lot (like most shops in Philly), but there's plenty of street parking nearby when dropping off the vehicle. They always explain if there's any fixes needed and get your approval before doing any work. They never try to push any unnecessary services or charge any surprise fees. A++”

“We have been bringing our van here for the big fixes for several years, and I recommend everyone do that. They know what they're doing and the service is excellent. The van stays fixed (until something else breaks.)
But here's an illustration of how awesome they are: For two years we've had a wasp sitting at the base of our windshield, stinger pointing out. We didn't want to risk sticking our fingers there to pull it out so we just left it. We had the van detailed twice and all those guys did was move the wasp around. Last week Wynnewood Park Service fixed our van and... they removed the wasp.”

“PA Tire and Auto is BY FAR the best place to take your car in the area. I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to them. Bram, the manager, called me almost immediately after to tell me that all four of my tires were completely dry rotted way more than he had ever seen on a new car that had less than 18k miles. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer and go through the warranty to get them replaced. Bram could have lied and told me the state of my tires was on track for the lifespan of them, and sold me 4 new tires. But he didn't do that- he was honest and transparent and told me to fight for a warranty because I deserved it. No only that- Bram spent probably a few hours on the phone with Yokohama himself when they demanded to speak to a mechanic who had seen and measured the premature rot in my tires. All the while, he knew his shop wouldn't be able to carry out the warranty themselves because they are not a dealership, which would be authorized to do warranties with this specific brand of tire. In short, he encouraged me and helped me get a warranty on my tires because it was in MY best interest to do that. It wasn't in his best interest or the shop's best interest but he did it anyway. He has integrity and an admirable work ethic. He was so patient and kind that he has won a customer for life. Thank you for everything, Bram!!!”
“Called and checked first to see if they accepted after market warranties. They do I took them the information they made a copy called the company. All is well. I had to pay the companies deductible. Everything‘s fine work finished when promised what more could you ask all around pleasant experience!”
“This is a phenomenal shop. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to fox it promptly and get me on the road. What makes this place amazing are the people, they are honest and really support their community. They found themselves a repeat customer in me. They are also happy to work on tires for Teslas which is a great plus.”

I took my BMW x3 in for an inspection and oil change. Kevin was very genuine and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush my questions and made sure I understood everything. He texted me a link to download my complete detailed bill BEFORE any work was completed. He was transparent about what was required to pass inspection vs recommended. There was only ONE service recommended. Attention to details is important to me. My car was returned with all notifications cleared and my lights back on auto. Everyone forgets that.”
“I’m not big on reviews but had to take the time out to leave a positive one for Mickey’s! Went in for an oil change this morning and it was a pleasant experience. They were quick and efficient, went above and beyond with doing additional minor work like replacing a rear light bulb and my back wiper blade. They also gave me new wiper fluid without asking which I really appreciated. Dan is a solid guy, straightforward, and Devin did excellent service. Highly recommended!”

“My experience Here was a very good one. I’ve took a few cars to Max through the Years and every experience was a good one. These guys love what they do and it shows through their work although Max retired now his son ANDREW runs the business they haven’t missed a beat. Andrew is a young man but focused and passionate in his work I never saw anyone let alone a young person so devoted to they’re work I mean this guy gets his hands dirty along with his mechanics…. That says a lot to me, it lets me know that he’s making sure the job is done right. Today I had to take my vehicle back for some adjustments and he fit me in right away. Some places you go to once they got your money they make you wait if there’s an issue but not this guy he’s one of the good ones. God bless this business . Pulled up to Marty’s on a Saturday without an appointment and they were able to get me in and out within a half hour. Would absolutely recommend, especially if you’re in the city and want somewhere quick, reliable, and responsible!!”
