To start- I live in west philly. I drive to this hardware store because they are so sweet and accommodating every time I go. They try to speak to people who only speak Spanish in Spanish. Just all around great hardware store that reminds me of the right small town feel. I order my HVAC filters here, I get my plumbing supplies here. Support small hardware stores!!!!!

These guys are awesome. You're always greeted with a friendly smile. They shook my paint cans from the competition for free. Their prices are about the same. And they give military discount. Always a nice place to go.

This is hands down a treasure in Upper Darby. I've been going to this hardware store almost every day for the past few weeks, working on a big masonry repair project with my dad. We are total DIYers but all the staff members and FAQ guy (Dr. Rich, I believe) have patiently guided us through the process. I would sometimes just take a walk there (it's only 5 mins from where I live) to buy sanding sponge or a drop cloth, because I love the atmosphere in the store. It's always packed and no matter how buy it is, they're courteous and super friendly (and you can tell they love what they do!). Do check them out and talk to them about your project!
