Carney and erik are amazing customer service reps. Whoever has had an issue in the past must be absolutely insane. I've worked a lot of customer service so I definitely know. Carney is an amazing worker who always has a great attitude and tries very hard. She can only do and control so much so an employee and people need to understand that. She always does her best! Thank you guys for making the ups store great. You guys should definitely get more recognition.

Erik was very helpful and kind. Everything was explained very well. I was nervous because it was my first time but the great service quickly made me feel more comfortable. Everyone was so friendly. Will definitely return.

Whenever I go to the UPS store- I’m always greeted by friendly associates with a smile. Should there be a line or a longer wait then usual, these associates here do a great job at keeping the customer informed and the store manager.
