terrible service. the front desk lady was rude and gave me attitude when I asked for help with my damaged passport. she didn’t acknowledge anything i was saying, just kept repeating the same thing. on top of that, USPS gave me the wrong paperwork, so I had to redo everything. Very unprofessional. if you’re thinking about going somewhere else, do it and save your time

Arrived a couple minutes before closing (5pm). The main doors were open, but the service desks were not. I think this is unacceptable service.

Fingerprint services are not available at this location due to broken/malfunctioning equipment. The Philadelphia chestnut street location also has broken/malfunctioning equipment, so they reject the fingerprint services too. It’s like playing whack a mole to figure out where to get your fingerprints done.

I went to apply for my passport and was initially told to return with photos. After getting the photos, I returned and waited in line for 50 minutes, only to be informed that they no longer assist clients after 11 AM. It's frustrating to have gone through that just to be turned away.

This place has a lot of cons than pros so the con is, the line is always long, the wait time is also long, because there is only 1 person who works there. When there is three spot for clerks, just to be only 1 person working and the other two close is always close, they need more workers to work there instead of 1 person constantly, and having a huge ass line. The pro is they do ship whatever you need and want to be shipped they have supply for you to ship or you can ship your own.

Absolute trash of a place with trash employees. I have had consistently disappointing experiences at this post office. The staff has been unhelpful and, at times, disrespectful when addressing simple inquiries. Unfortunately, this is the only location I can visit during work hours, but I would not recommend it to others. Professionalism and customer service seem to be lacking, and interactions with certain employees have been particularly unpleasant.
One particular employee, a black woman heavy eye makeup, has been especially rude in my interactions. Her attitude and dismissive responses make it difficult to receive assistance, and it’s frustrating that such behavior is tolerated in a establishment such as this. I hope management takes action to improve staff professionalism and ensure a more respectful experience for customers.

Worst customer service ever. This location should be closed down. Employees don’t care and don’t like providing services even if you have an appointment.
