After being a loyal client for over five years, I am sad to write this review, but I will not be returning or recommending this salon. The service I received was absolutely horrible. My services were rushed, and the work was very sloppy. Several of my fingers and cuticles are bleeding because the gentleman dug into them with his nails. I had three different people working on me, and after voicing my concerns, I received nothing but excuses for why something couldn't be done. I spent over two hours in the salon, and my services were still not completed, so I decided to leave. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for these subpar services. The main reason I am done with this salon is because of the overcharging. I will never be returning and would advise others to stay far away from this place. The quality has definitely declined.
Cleanliness: The workers jumped from client to client without washing hands or using gloves.

Been coming here since 2012 as I am VERY picky. Van is hilarious and love my girl Lisa. I don’t go anywhere else for my brows, mani & pedicures. Miss my girl Dee Dee. Best variety of OPI polishes. They are the best!

Thee absolute worst place to be on a 69thst, they told me a hour wait time. I came in for mani and pedi and literally no one called me after a hour. No one literally in there made me feel happy to get service. First time here last time here at this place. No one acknowledged that I was still waiting to be serviced so I left.

The owner did my nails she didn’t do a good job. My nail broke within a few days anytime I called to get it fixed she kept telling me there’s a three hour wait for one nail. Very disappointed- it definitely struck me as her being money hungry and the job should’ve been done correctly the first time so I would never had to come back.

Never ever ever ever again!!!!!!!! Went for my eyebrows and received not only the worst service but the worst treatment. The lady messed up my eyebrows and act like it was because of my one was arched more then said one was more thinner. Ma’am I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for many years and not once have I’ve ever heard this before! You’ve done horrible

They make up prices at this place charged $50 for a pedi but don’t do $50 work terrible don’t go here!!

Very welcoming and clean. Have many loyal customers that comes everyday so they might be busy but the work they do is worth the wait. She scrub the hell outta my feet okay I loved every part of it.Services: Acrylic nails
