They do not enforce there own mask policy!
0612/2025- my first mistake today was actually watching them make the food. Sloppy . Then the breakfast burrito eggs were still partially frozen. Returned the food five minutes later was given a refund no questions asked. I felt like this was an every day event for this manager.

I jus left a review about waiting 7 mins with no one else’s order in line and get my refund jus to be short changed for a bag of chips. As U can see my debit card was charged $6.24 and white mgr gave me back $4.30 the 1st time bc he was All agitated about refunding my money SMGDH

Food service isn't as good as it use to be. Order during the evening and all of the wraps I got were poorly wrapped, uncut, with all of the ingredient on one side of the wrap. All the other food was just slapped together without balance. Hope they improve next time.

Went in tonight, getting some food for the kids and wife. Ordered 4 burgers,since it was my first time eating a Wawa burger, and boy, was I disappointed.3 of my no-bun burgers were completely wrong. Asked for all of them to have lettuce tomatoes, cucumber of which only 2 had them. I asked for one to have hot peppers and paid extra for bacon, and got neither one. One of my burgers came with no toppings on them. None of the food was right, and after spending over 20 minutes waiting for food, this is unacceptable. $42 dollars later, and I should have read the other comments and stayed away from this Wawa for food.Wawa execs, you need to make this right. Why would you let your standards drop so far down, at a location that should be leading in service and execution.

Wawa good has taken a drastic turn downward for years now. From the sponge-like eggs to the flavorless meat, I know what to expect.. mediocre. But at least I know I can usually rely on getting in and out quick and with friendly staff. This Wawa however, is the opposite. While some of the staff, Particularly the managers and some of the cashiers, are friendly and polite, the people behind the food counter leave a lot to be desired. It took 20 minutes this morning to get my breakfast burrito. Not because of they were busy, but because the two girls behind the counter found it more important to be chatting and making fun of some guy then make the food. I watched as they stopped mid sandwich multiple times to gesture wildly, laugh, and lean against the counters talking. All the while I and others waited for our food. Ridiculous. I won’t be back to this Wawa from now on.

You'd think all Wawa’s are created equal, right? Well, you’re very wrong. Even if your sandwich is made correctly, which chances are, it won’t be, they are always terrible. Literally the worst Wawa I’ve ever been to for food. Not just a time or two, they are incredibly consistent in having the worst food.The early morning cashier crew is awesome. Phil especially, he’s always so genuinely pleasant. Service the rest of the day is fine.
