I recently had a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs, whether it was answering questions about my account or helping me with any banking tasks. The services they offer are top notch and I was impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, the online banking features are convenient and easy to use, making it a breeze to check my account information or transfer funds. Overall, I highly recommend this Wells Fargo bank to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused banking experience.I treat everyone with respect and they do the same. Racist Bank has not replaced a walk up ATM for 3 months. I guess Wells Fargo does not care about providing good service to Minority Communities. They told me a disabled person I could go stand in line with 4000lbs SUV's at the drive up ATM. YOU ARE INVIOLATION of the AMERICAN'S WITH DISABILTY ACT. I know you can replace ATM rather quickly because you did so in a Rich White Suburb. How can you be so Classist, So Racist, So Abel-ist as to not provide a WALK UP ATM for three months. If it is a supply chain issue the you should make sure your bank is fully staffed with all 7 of the Teller spots filled to serve customers. Forcing someone with Arthritis to stand in line for 40 mins is so disrespectful. Don't pretend you care and ask me to email you when you have not done one thing about this for three months.

Had an appointment yesterday (12/6/19) to talk to someone about a personal loan my appointment was at 4:30 & I arrived early. One banker say me & said “someone will be with me shortly.” As I am sitting there the security guard is on his phone, the lines are long, there was 3 tellers working on a Friday afternoon, 4 personal bankers, & a branch manager. The branch manager greeted me but never asked me why I was there, so he went over to the long line & start talking to people to find out why they where them he pulled someone out of line & took him into his office. I had an appointment and no one ever checked the sign in sheet that you have to search for to sign in. I called Wells Fargo and ended up doing my business over the phone but when the one banker heard me on the phone now they want to give me attention. This is why I do things on the computer I can’t deal with poor customer service I have been with Wells Fargo for 14 years as a customer and have worked for them before about 8 years ago and what I seen on Friday was the worst customer service ever.

The worst Wells Fargo you can think to ever go to. The lines are always long, service is slow because there's usually on 1-2 tellers working. Not efficient at all. I would rather drive to one 15 minutes away than to stand here for 30 minutes just to deposit.
