Placed an order for groceries on 2/18/23. The order was for 22 items of which I received 10 items. However the $11. Delv fee is the same. I can see 1 or 2 items being out of stock. Just let me know. I would of have gone elsewhere. Fortunately I won't be house bound too much longer. When I called SR basically they implied "oh well". My first on-line co complaint.y

Joe Dougherty was the worse store manager I ever came across.So glad he's not there anymore I'm not sure how the new store manager is.But Joe Dougherty said very mean stuff to meVery rude no wonder why ShopRite went down hillVery quickly.Joe as no business being a store manager.I have stop going there because of him but I just Learn that he's no longer there and a new store manager there so I will eventually will be back soon .I'm not going to get into details what he said unless If u message me and asking me what happened notSure if anyone cares but it's very bad and very ignorant What Joe said.

My latest lesson learned : instead of picking up precut lunch meat, wait and get it cut fresh. I got home and the Black Forest ham was so slimy that I had to microwave it in order to eat it - it had a Best Buy date of the next day, but who looks at that? From now on, I do.Also, often times bakery items are on their last leg too.

Grocery Store is in the process of building a new store on the adjacent side of the property. Can't wait for the new store to open.

There is no rating because the store is so bad in my opinion if you keep selling out of a product you stock more of it not this store they do the complete opposite for instance Arizona diet lemon if you're always sold out a normal grocery manager would stock more not here they have row after row of diet peach another example sugar free fudge pops the space is always empty in fact most of the shelves in frozen food are empty the frozen food manager has got to be the worst yet I go to giant or acme and i get whatever i need people I'm telling you do not go there the inside is dirty the outside is worse the only bright spot are the cashiers i don't even know if there is a store manager that oversees everything if there is he's doing a poor job

I wanted to try Shoprite of Drexeline because they advertised having veal breast, which is very hard to find at most supermarkets. Unlike some of the negative reviews regarding cleanliness and friendliness of staff, I found this Shoprite to be clean, well stocked, and the staff friendly. I got rid of my old Shoprite bonus card when my Shoprite moved out of Haverford Avenue. I went to the customer service desk and the lady said my card was still on file and a replacement would be mailed to me. She told me to use my telephone number when checking out so I could get any discounts.In addition to the veal breast, I bought lamb shanks, canned gravy, tomatoes, olives and other items. I was pleasantly surprised to find they carry Ed Hipps turkey products and bought the Canadian bacon. Upon entering the store I smelled fried chicken but didn't look for the cooked food section. The only disappointment I was looking for muffins or some other specialty bread but didn't see any. I found Shoprite prices to be less than the other stores I shop. My cashier Nahomi was very nice and did a good job bagging my order. She also wished me a good rest of my day. The gentleman in the parking lot took my cart when I was finished loading my car, saving me from having to return it.I had no problem getting in and out of the parking lot. I went shopping around 10:30 AM. It is somewhat small in comparison to the Giant on Township Line, but I think they are expanding the store. I also like the fact they have a side lane to enter Township Line.All in all it was a good shopping experience.

I like this store. They jam in a ton of stuff into a smaller footprint and I find the staff to be helpful and nice. It has an old-fashioned, neighborhood feel. I think their prices are pretty good.

Aside from the place being kind of small and cramped, it's ok. But they really need more than 1 bathroom... people knocking down the door like zombies.
