These people rock! Awesome customer service! Came to them with a today problem, a bad battery. Jamie got a technician on the spot and diagnosed the issue. Being that I was just getting ready to leave town for a trip to Cincinnati. I can’t truly explain to them how much it means to have this level of service on the spot. I highly recommend using these people for any and all maintenance. Faithful Customer 4 Life. Thanks Chucks!!!

Very bad experience, they just keep charging money. I don’t recommend
I had engine light issue in my car, they diagnosed some leak in the engine. I paid $136 for just diagnose and paid separate for the repair. Now just another week later the engine light issue back, so I check with them again. They said there will be another charge for smoke test ( diagnose again ) plus the repair for the same issue.
I don’t understand what they have repaired and diagnose in my first visit. They just keep asking for money for same issue.

We’ve taken our cars there for years. All FIVE of them. Their prices have never been the lowest but we like to support local business. Until now. My son was in from out of town, needed a thermostat… they NAILED US. Doug gave me an estimate on the phone, when my son went to pay it was over 200.00 more than that. Jaime the office manager talked to my husband who called her on the up charge. All she had to say was she was SORRY HE FELT THAT WAY. Nothing more than that… they have lost our business and any sort of good opinion from this. Hope the 200.00 was worth it, consider it a parting gift. Just look how their reviews have tanked, that’ll tell you something. What a shame.

I give my mazda cx5 for general service but they are expensive i get back my car but when i go for pickup car my car not started so i go back again on other day and car started. But on other day my car not locking with key fob, don't know what they do with my car

We used their night-time slot to drop off my son's car. Had a wonderful experience with them last time and they even mailed us a terrific welcome package. We felt good about going there again. No one called us to discuss our car we dropped off, kept us in the dark. We called to inquire - "maybe we will get to it Monday" was told to my wife. I called on Tuesday to ask about this and was told they were booked till end of month. Would have been nice if they called to explain. They kept us in the dark. Won't try them again.Services: Electrical repair

Chuck's has been great on my newer and older vehicles over the years including some European makes that other shops complain about working on or charge more to service. Fair pricing, communicative, and totally professional.

Recently had our truck serviced by Doug. His communication was great and I didn’t feel like he was trying to squeeze every last penny out of me - which is a rare feeling after taking a car to a mechanic. My 19 year old truck is now running smoothly and safely! Would absolutely come here again and recommend Chuck’s (and Doug!) to a friend.
