Not great customer service skills at this location (south hills village). The three women all working the front desk were unprofessional, rude and uneducated on their services. They refused to clean my bracelet & mentioned that some of the charms seemed unfamiliar to them when they clearly came from a Pandora, just a few years prior!I had an online pickup of $120 to grab while I was in store also, which after the women embarrassed me - I should’ve returned… but decided since I drove all the way there (40 mins) to get something in return, so I kept it. Many small insults & comments were made throughout. There was even one made for not taking a cheap little plastic bag to put my bracelet that I had brought in because that’s “the proper way I need to store it.”

I won't be sharing a photo of what I purchased. I will however express how impressed I was with the service I received. The women that work there are fantastic. As busy as that store is, they made sure to acknowledge every customer. Will be back for sure.

I went to the Pandora store located in South Hills Village Mall. I was very satisfied with the experience. I went in to get a bracelet for my girlfriend, I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The Sales Lead, Dutch, was very friendly and very helpful with what I was looking for. I highly recommend. Very clean store, very professional and knowledgeable staff.

Worst place ever. I came to return the charm which i got as a gift and was gonna get earrings instead. What I got was nothing. They returned money to my friends card without paying attention that us was a gift receipt. Sales associate(Kim) was not even in the mood from the beginning. They didn’t even apologize and start blaming me!

Went here the other day to buy a ring. Staff was very rude when I asked if they had size 8 and gave me attitude about “we only have 8 1/2 &7 1/2” I still had them measure my ring and tell me the size. After that I picked out a ring with zero assistance and tried to get one to help me and they wouldn’t they ignored me??? Terrible location.

Today I went with my baby girl to look for a bracelet and necklace for her, they’ll was great, they gave me different options, they were patient with my girl who was a little restless walking, the saleswoman was very nice and sweet and (houly I think that was her name maybe I'm wrong) but she was kind and I ended up buying the same bracelets for my daughter and myself, plus I enjoyed a promotion so I was able to get a second bracelet almost for free.There were many people but they were all wearing masks, you have to wait outside at the door until it is suitable to enter.

Helpful & friendly staff! Patty & Kim were so kind to my kids & I. Patty was wonderful with the helping my daughter pick out a ring. So glad we went there while we were in town for an event.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was at the Tanger Outlets the day before enjoying some pre V-Day shopping and one of the stores we checked out was Pandora. The ladies at the Washington store were great, courteous and seemed to actually care I was there to give them my business. Long story short the ring we wanted at the Tanger Outlets store unfortunately was not available in my girlfriends size (7) but the woman who I believe was the manager went out of her way to check on ring size/availability from the sister store up the road in South Hills where we ended up buying it. Now why I’m writing this bad 1 star review to this store... my girlfriend and I came in early Valentine’s Day morning to pick up the ring we had put on a 24 hour hold the night before. We walked in excited to pick up the ring. It wasn’t extremely busy but every sales associate was tied up when we first walked in (no big deal). We decided to walk right up front to the cash register where the main checkout was because we were there to pick it up expecting an easy in & out experience. Besides the fact nobody greeted us when we walked in I didn’t think much of it. But after walking upfront while someone was checking out the lady I presume was the “Manager” just waiting to be taken care of next never even said a word to us. Waited about 5 minutes when we first walked in and understood she was checking out the nice gentleman in front of us. After she finished checking the person out someone who walked in after us she walked directly towards and began helping them when they were even looking at us to be next. She still never even greeted us with a “Hi, I’ll be with you shortly” or “How are you all today” after taking someone who came in after us. Again, still wasn’t that mad it was a holiday so was just enjoying the day with my wonderful girlfriend. So we waited approximately 30 minutes total during this time period when another sales associate finally freed up and someone who was also there to shop & came in after us the “Manager” that was rude to us earlier when we went right upfront told the free associate to take care of the person who came in after us. The funny part is the guy literally told the lady manager that “these folks were actually here before me”. You could tell the woman under the manager didn’t want to cause any issue so she began working with the guy who actually told the manager we were there before him. I couldn’t believe it. I’m a pretty understanding person too. We ended up getting helped by this “Manager” once she freed up but I wasn’t enthusiastic to even give them my business at this point if it wasn’t for the fact that my girlfriend really loved the ring and their was a great symbolic reason why I wanted to get it for her. We probably waited 40 minutes total after walking in and being the first guest I assumed would be taken care of since we were the first guests to walk in without being helped while the associates were busy initially. If I were you I would just avoid this store all together. Don’t expect phenomenal customer service or kind associates if you go here. I can’t say all of them were bad because the one lady out of the three who worked there was busy the whole time so we never dealt with her. If I could give 0 stars I would. I recommend taking the drive up the road 20-30 minutes to the Tanger Outlets store in Washington because those ladies there were great and know how to work in a customer service business. If they didn’t have the ring I wanted I wouldn’t have bought at all from there but it was going to be a V-Day gift so I didn’t want to spoil a nice gift to my girlfriend due to poor customer buying experience.
