sweatPGH has one of the best first-timer packages I’ve ever seen from a workout facility! I have taken cycle classes for about a month now and am loving them. If you book with Sam, prepare to be SORE after!! She is absolutely amazing and helps gets you through it. Colby is one of my favorite instructors, no matter what time of day it is (530am or 8am) she is FULL of such explosive, positive energy. Definitely recommend!!

I love the classes and instructors at Sweat! Going to Sweat has changed my fitness routine and my mindset on fitness in general. The classes are fun and challenging, and the community is the best! I have made some of my best friends at Sweat!

I have been going to SWEAT since the birth of my second child. I love the group classes. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and fit! Everyone who works their and attends classes are so kind. It’s like we are all one happy family. Everyone supports and motivates each other. Joining SWEAT PGH has made me love going to the gym! Where else can I take a barre class, yoga sculpt, & cycle class all in the same place?!! Thank you for helping me love my body again!!!❤️

I love working out here! It keeps me motivated and allows me to get stronger everyday. I have a busy schedule, but have never had trouble finding time to go to sweat and workout. They have awesome membership opportunities to fit your price range and provide many options for different classes. The instructors are very interactive and really enjoy what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and join SWEAT!!

There are many places to work out in the South Hills but SWEAT is by far the best. I’ve been a member for 4 years and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The variety of classes, awesome instructors, clean facilities, the up beat positive atmosphere, all of these will make you keep going back. Cycle, barre, yoga, power, personal training, nutrition consult. SWEAT offers something for everyone at any level of fitness.

I originally joined SWEAT PGH because I wanted to start doing more yoga and it was the closest place I could find with early morning classes. I never thought I would be interested in any of their other concepts. 3 years later I’m still going to yoga but am really into all of the other classes they offer, too. The variety of options and class times are great! All of the instructors are so motivating - there hasn’t been one that I didn’t enjoy. They all bring their own style and energy to the studio and you can tell put a lot of thought into the workouts that they plan. Their classes are challenging but fun. I always leave SWEAT PGH feeling better than when I walked in!

I joined SWEAT about two months ago and have been there almost every single day since! I love the variety of classes offered, the friendly atmosphere, and the wonderful instructors. If you're looking for a fitness studio in the South Hills, I would definitely recommend SWEAT!

I have been a member at SWEAT for over a year and I love it. I started with power and cycling, and fell in love. The instructors are always so welcoming and encouraging. I now can proudly say that I have taken every class there and they are all great. I love that I can always switch it up and never get bored. One thing that makes this place different than most is their childcare. It is a blessing to know my kids are in great hands while I can get some time to take care of myself. I look forward to going there every day.

The atmosphere and staff at Sweat are amazing. Everyone is there for the same goal of bettering themselves. The staff are extremely helpful and demonstrate many different modifications that can be used throughout the classes. The early morning classes have been great on days that I want to get a quick workout in before work. My workout at Sweat is always the highlight of my day!

Sweat PGH has been a daily part of my life for almost four years and I couldn't be happier! I love every workout and every instructor - the workouts never get old. They are all amazing and so motivating. The music is spot on too! Always perfectly chosen for each workout.If you haven't been yet - you need to check it out! You won't be disappointed.

I've been going to Sweat for over 3 years now and it's the best fitness studio! The studio is constantly developing new and challenging classes, every instructor is knowledgeable and nice, many small details have been thought of to create a great wellness community.

Fantastic place for a great workout. All of the instructors are super friendly, learn your name so fast and are very encouraging!! I love being able to take a variety of classes from yoga, barre to cycle. Sweat PGH provides me the cardio classes I want as well as low impact and stretching classes my body needs after a hard week of workouts!
