Worst experience I've had in as long as I can remember. I got scammed on the phone into signing up for their mobile service found out it was not at all what they told me it was going to be. Tried numerous times to resolve via phone calls got lied to and a run around by several reps all outsourced. Was told I had 30 days to return the devices drove almost an hour to this store only for them to tell me I could not return 1 of the phones and was only able to trade it instead. They never refunded me for the Galaxy and only gave me a $44 refund for the new IPhone. And told me that if the refunds did not process correctly I had to call customer service. Of course they didn't process and again CS outsourced gave me and got the run around. They still owe me $130 months later. DO NOT fall for those reps telling you to sign up. Between that and the issues it caused with my cable it's been a nightmare. And I'm stuck in it.

The representative in the Upper St. Clair store, said that he put in a call for a service tech and I was never contacted. It was frustrating on many levels. Especially since I went in person to talk to a "real" human and he was just as effective as calling the Xfinity number.I am extremely disappointed in their service system.

Having had a "password reset issue" to access my emails. I was unable to resolve it through my computer. Traveling to the Xfinity store - A representative by the name of Jake was very helpful, and courteous. Great to work with professionals. Thank You! A very satisfied customer.

Comcast stores get so many bad reviews, I thought I'd write about a good experience. Went in because a frustrated service call rep told me to -- said local store could fix my phone problem. (He tried but got frustrated because he was not at a level where he could fix it.) I also am up for renewal, so wanted to see if I could get a better deal. In-store rep (DJ...not sure where the J comes in. His last name is Price, but whatever.) reviewed my plan, said it was best available for what I was paying, identified that I had an old modem and could bet better speed if swapped out. He also tried to fix the phone problem. (Jury's still out on that.) But, I went home. Unplugged the old modem, returned it to the store, and I didn't have to wait. The new modem was in my hands and I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes...include the walk to the car. So, there.

WORST customer service experience ever. They would get 0 stars if I could. Do not come here to help resolve your issues. Derek was horrible to work with. After explaining my issue to the person at the front desk I was told I could have it resolved if I waited 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes I spoke with Derek who said he couldn’t do anything for me. He doesn’t deal with billing and couldn’t explain whole the person at the front desk told me to wait and waste my time. I am a diamond reward member and am leaving Comcast because of their horrible customer service.

I stopped in on a Friday afternoon to check pricing as my former carrier was full of **** Talked to DJ and he laid program out in general terms.After speaking with my wife I emailed DJ and although he was off Saturday he said he would come in to meet us at 1 pm.Transferred 3 lines and replaced an old Iphone6 with a newer version.Big savings, easy transaction and very knowledgeable and intelligent employee.While there other employees were asking his advice about how to overcome problems.DJ is worth scheduling an appointment with
