The gentleman at the front desk was ridiculously rude. Unreal how someone like this can have a job - especially in customer service. Don't know his name but wow. Definitely don't go to this store if you want any sort of welcoming experience.

Not an actual Verizon store. Just a third party sales location. If you’d like an experience even more useless and aggravating than verizon’s automated customer service phone number, stop in here. Associate was rude and unhelpful.
Go to Lehigh Valley Mall or Quakertown- they are actual Verizon stores that care about keeping the business of existing Verizon customers.

I went in for a phone replacement. My phone was old. I am kinda old school and do not understand a lot. Mike was outstanding, patient,kind and answered all my questions. I highly recommend working with him for your phone!!!!, He went over and above!!!!

I had a horrific experience at this location. I made a formal complaint to Verizon about Brian the “manager.” He is the rudest man I have ever encountered in my entire life and after reading other reviews about him and vindicating myself through those other reviews, I am SHOCKED he is still employed.

The manager Brian is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life and is completely disrespectful. Cancelled my appointment without my consent and told me he could not help me. Reported him to corporate and made a formal complaint and will be following up with them to know he has been dealt with.

Brian Pitzer is my go to guy at Verizon at the Promanade Shops.Since I purchased the iPhone 4 a long way back till my iPhone 15. Always there to help technically and to make sure I get what I need….Scott W.
