Going to the AT&T store is usually not a pleasant experience. 30 minutes of some untrained employee tapping on an iPad, only to end up with a higher bill than you came in with.
This time was different. The guy there knew exactly what he was doing. I got what I needed, quickly, and I ended up saving a few bucks a month. Its worth the extra drive to Lionville.

Nick was a great help to me and my fiance ! We had a ton of issues at Verizon , and he was a great help transferring our phones over and upgrading to at &t. He got us taken care of !

I purchased an iPhone. I was an Android user for about 28years. This is a new experience for me going to Apple. Jarrett at AT&T put my mind to rest by taking the time to explain the IPhone to me. Jarrett is very knowledgeable. I appreciated his patience with me.

I will NEVER go to this store again.
I went in asking for help with something and the representative couldn’t help, so I left.
5 minutes after leaving the store I received a text saying “AT&T FREE MSG: Hi SARAH, Thanks for purchasing AT&T HomeTech Protection for $25/mo. Your benefits are waiting for you here…”
I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR HOMETECH. I don’t even know what that is. The idiot in the store signed me up for a service I never asked for!! I even verified with a representative at the corporate location in the Exton Mall that he did that. The corporate store wasn’t surprised.
DO NOT GO HERE!

All I expect when I'm making a purchase is an honest transaction, open, unambiguous information, transparency, no snow-job with the numbers. Simply, today I ordered an AT&T Internet Air Package after being told the price would be $47/month. While unpacking the paperwork at home, I discovered the monthly total will be $60.50/month. I called the store to explain what I discovered, but the sales person offered no explanation and no 'sorry for the misunderstanding'. That was that! I was the chump. The phrase, Buyer Beware, still holds true it seems.

This will be where I go for all my at&t products from now on. The young man that waited on us was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the products and services. He was helpful but not pushy and answered all our questions. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I definitely recommend.

Wow! We were truly impressed by the kindness and consideration of Michael, one of the staff members here. My husband and I opened two new phone lines for our two children, who have both become teenagers, and upgraded our two phones.
While Michael assisted with upgrading two of the phones and opening the new lines, upgrading my husband's iPhone required a lot of time and effort. He put forth his best effort to assist us and eventually succeeded!
We are truly grateful for his efforts, knowledge, and kindness.
