The postmaster, debra i think is her name is unbelievably rude and incapable of listening to customers... And would even go ahead and lie simply because she can't be patient enough to listen. 2 stars because the other guys there are fantastic and helpful people.

I've been in this Past Office a few times. The female Manager always looks at me with a frown on her face and makes it very clear that she had absolutely no intentions of helping me. Yet she is all smiles and very helpful when dealing with others.

This is hands down the friendliest post office I've ever been in! We got a passport for our one year old and worked with Barry. He was so friendly and kind and made the process quick and easy.

Ideally located on the outskirts of Valley Forge Park, for those who like a bit of history with their postal service needs. Also, the staff is always friendly, efficient, and helpful.

There is still one post office that offers friendly, helpful customer service. If every USPS center had employees like Valley Forge they could put Amazon out of business. Low cost, fast efficient shipping. Great people!

I walked in and no one was at the counter which is not the problem. The problem is the clerk who walked up moments later was twirling her hair, didn't smile, didn't say Hi how are you? No general greeting with a good attitude. Not a good first impression of customer service
