“So you hire a new DM and he gets into an argument with Austin (Coal Township store). The new DM promptly fires Austin, one of the most knowledgeable mechanics that store has ever had and was the sole reason I bought my parts there?! Can we start a betting pool as to how long your new DM will last? I'm going with 18 months and that's a stretch! Nothing like allowing your emotions to dictate critical decisions! You fired your star quarterback over a disagreement. As former management, and business owner, you need to rethink that decision! Meanwhile, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.”
