I called to get a unit and was put on a waitlist. The owner called me as soon as there was a unit open and scheduled a time to meet up. I was only available on the weekend in the evening. She accommodates odd hours if you work. I appreciate that. She also was upfront and honesty when reviewing the contract. Would rent here...
