I could not be happier with this branch. Staff (Debbie, James, and Jessi) and Manager, Joshua, are always so friendly and helpful. Always very professional. They always go above and beyond for those that bank with First Commonwealth Bank. I HIGHLY recommend this branch to anyone needing a bank choice.

This bank has been so uniquely cruel and unlawful please take your time and money elsewhere. We are currently locked out of our mobile banking and debit cards sent to us never were turned on as soon as tax returns hit our account. We are trying to pay bills and they are not letting money leave just deposit? However this is taking their word for it since we can't see anything happening in our account.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The branch manager is so incredibly rude. Been trying to close my account here for months but they keep charging me overdraft fees even when there is money coming in. Do not get an account at any first commonwealth bank they are the worst I have ever dealt with. The lady on the phone told me to “act like an adult” but they have been stealing money from me for months. I’m sure they wouldn’t be happy either! I called them today to close my account but they won’t because it hasn’t been 24 hours since from when I put money in my account. Like seriously! They’ll probably charge me more fees overnight so I’ll have to pay them more. Idk how people live their lives knowing they’re stealing money from the less fortunate….
