I paid Tim Smith to file my taxes on April 1st, 2019 which were never submitted to the IRS. After weeks of waiting and calling his business line and speaking with Vickie who told me just to wait that it could take up to 6 weeks I finally contacted the IRS to find out that Tim never submitted them. I called Vickie back and she was no help and said there was nothing she could do for me. I've called for weeks since then and have even tried to go talk to them in person but no one was at either place of business (since they are moving to a new location). I've since then had to pay to refile with someone else and would like a refund for what I paid Tim but no one will contact me back. They have since stopped answering the business phone.

I filed taxes with Tim on 4/1/19. They were never received by state or federal. Been calling and emailing Tim ever since we noticed a problem. We have left messages with the admin and no resolution or even one call returned. Totally unreliable. This was the first year I have trusted someone to do my taxes and the first time I have ever had difficulty.
