Rude staff. Need an appointment to even come in and look at frame options then when you get there, expect the woman at the front desk to roll her eyes at you when you ask questions about their selection.

Used to be very happy with every visit. but starting to change my thoughts not very good at returning calls was put on hold once and was just hung up on but used to also leave messages to get an appointment and no one would ever call me back.
