Very poor service here. Had problem with opening account online and went here for help because bank was holding 1000$ check. Noone could help or rather noone wanted to take time to help. The chase bank that did help rectify the error was at broad and Washington in Philadelphia. It took almost two hours of their time and effort, but they didn't claim they couldn't help like Villanova location. Wouldn't recommend this location for any reason.

There is a TikTok recording of the supervisor at this branch firing an employee. I have never heard such unprofessionalism in my life. I am also contacting corporate.

Chase if you gonna hire any random person for a management position they should be trained and invest in some type of management education so disgusting supervisors like the one you have doesn’t have an excuse to behave so unprofessional.

Always an amazing time here at Chase! The location is in a shopping center, but conveniently located between Radnor and Villanova University. I enjoyed working with Andrew and his team to set up personal and business accounts. Team is courteous and professional, office is clean and tidy, and the company has truly invested in banking technology that make it easy to bank with!

I just drove 40 minutes to this Chase location to open a business checking account. The rep told me to take a seat and then sign my name. Came in at 11 a.m. I was told that they close at 1 and will not have time to take me in. They said that opening a business checking account takes 45 minutes. Why in the world do you need to take 45 minutes to read me the small print? I brought $3,000 in cash just to find my account. They then told me that they cannot take me and to come back on Monday as if I don't have a job to go to. They also asked you if you've made an appointment so if you haven't you are not a priority. It does not say that for opening such an account appointment has to be made on the chase brochure. Not very happy they made me leave and asked me to schedule an appointment. I also have a personal checking account with Chase and four credit cards what's I opened online in less than 10 minutes. Chase needs to make their services more accessible especially in an area where there is literally one location for miles.
