This is the worst dry cleaner. Its a shame because you want to support your local businesses but I would not recommend to ANYONE. Its pricey, garment was completely filthy. We wouldnt have known unless we looked at garment. Owner very argumentative and took garment back to hold as hostage in the back of her shop. We were very polite and she refused to give back our garment and then ignored us. I'd give this a NO star review if I could.

This is the first and only dry cleaners that doesn’t actually clean your clothes. Sent them a shirt to be dry cleaned came back looking exactly the way it was sent to them with more stains and fuzz all over the entire garment I would look elsewhere. This is not a good dry cleaner

A little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Consistently excellent cleaning service. Wonderful with alterations. Friendly staff. Overall, much better experience than other dry cleaners on the Main Line.

Horrible service. Extremely rude people. I took a dress to be altered (hamming) and paid in full at spot whatever they charged me. Days later,At pick up, I was told I was charged too little for the hamming service and that they had to charge me more because they broke needles while fixing my dress.,,the "alteration" they did needed to be cited for it was a bit too long...they said they had to charge me even more! For cutting the fringes shorter...when I politely questioned why they were charging me more and more after I had already paid what they asked for...I was then yelled at, accused of wanting things for free! By the way, the so called alteration was to add fringes to the hamming of the dress, and that's it! And cut fringes to right length... It was a horrible, uncomfortable situation. The dress is ruined.

Over the past few years, I had a pretty good relationship with this establishment. Unfortunately TWICE i have gone in on my pickup day, only to be told - no sorry they are not ready "sorry ppl want their clothes to go away for weekend". What does that make me? the final straw was when i left a pair of my FAV white designer jeans with her and specifically said i was going to Italy on Friday and wanted them by wed. I made my way in on friday (way to busy to get wed) to collect them, I get home. They are the WRONG jeans. I frantically called and she quickly came and picked up the OTHER jeans but would not go the extra mile to fine my white jeans. I was so mad and terribly inconvenienced, and she was more worried about getting the OTHER jeans back to the other mixed up customer. Done with her - she's selective about who she is willing to help!!!
