“I tried to order two batteries online but after two hours each time that I would checkout to pay; I got an Error msg. So, after two hours of doing this I call the 800 number and got someone to place my order for me. Well that did not work either as the person could not speak English but I did hear the word GoogleChrome.
So, I installed Google Chrome and the checkout process then did work.
So, my main web browser, FireFox will not work at ordering parts online but Chrome will work.”
