About GIANT
GIANT is a grocery store with notable strengths in its produce and deli departments, praised for being very fresh, tasty, and of amazing quality. The prices are considered amazing, and the rewards card helps customers save money on groceries and gas. Many appreciate the wide range of options for recipes. The GIANT Direct service is highlighted as outstanding, efficient, easy, polite, and time-saving, described as the best.
However, some experiences have been bad, citing a deli department that is a disaster and takes forever, with poor packaging. Checkout has been unacceptable at times, with too few lanes open causing very long waits, which impacted product temperature. Some customers also note a desire for more name brand and international products. Despite these issues, the store receives strong loyalty for its excellent produce and helpful staff.
