I initially had a lot of apprehension about opening a bank account, but I managed to get thru the doors and have had nothing but positive experiences.
From day one, everything was thoroughly explained.
The Key card, the app, the removal of most of those monthly fees, and the kind, attentive staff have made this a smooth, anxiety free experience.

Closed an account back in April of this year, the representative I spoke with said it need 30 days and to have $10 left in it before it officially closes, it is now July 5th 2024 and it is STILL OPEN!! every call a recording says they are unable to answer, I was there, trust me, they are NOT that busy to answer the damn phone!!!

I rarher go here then the one in Whitehall. The staff here are super friendly and actually listens to you.

So....i pull up to text....rather than driving ..around 530 pm some women pulls aside of me assuming working at bank... and says "you can't be here this is a bank "...empty lot...i guess I should have texted in the road....no one else around lot...get over yourself....
