“My eye doctor recommended them because of their care and their willingness to go above and beyond to find coupons for you so it's the most cost effective and they certainly have been delivering. It's a little bit of a drive for me than the other right around the corner pharmacy chains but I feel like it's worth it for the sake of the care you get here!”

But as soon as I walk in the door I am greeted by name as well as when I go to pick up my prescriptions I don't even have to say my name they already know who I am and what I'm there for. They're customer service overall is great I've only ever had one or two bad experiences but you have to consider the fact that I've been coming here for over 10 years.”

“I am writing this review sitting out front of Bechtel’s at 8:15pm on a Tuesday night after picking up meds for my son. Yes, that is over 2 hours after they close. Ed call me at 7:50 letting me know he received my sons rx from an appt earlier today, and while they are closed - he’d be here if I wanted to grab it tonight. This is exactly the amazing service that can be found by supporting this wonderful, small business! We have been customers for years now, and this is the second time I’ve been called after hours and offered a pickup for one of my kiddos prescriptions. I am so grateful for this! Service is always friendly and personal.

“Previous pharmacy closed, so now to find a new one. I spoke with a friend of mine, she told me about Zephyr. I took a list of my meds to them in the morning, did shopping and when I arrived home, there was a message on the phone that my scripts were ready ! They contacted my doctor, info was given, and off they went. I can't thank them enough. I couldn't be happier. Staff is great, friendly, very helpful. Would highly recommend. A mild mannered gentleman with a short cut grayish beard was filling prescriptions (I THINK I heard someone call him "Steve"). I gave him the condition and he eagerly came from behind the counter and said, "I can help you with that!!" I was amazed, not only at his Customer Service skills but also at how knowledgeable he was about medicine!!!He cleared up alot of my confusion and I left there with a clearer understanding of what my son needed.Awesome pharmacist!!!!”

“It's an okay place to go for a snack run, I don't go here for medication so I don't know how they are in that department. The place is clean and has quite a large selection of different items and foods! The workers are nice also. my only complaint is some of the items are a bit pricey when compared to other places like Weis or Walmart.”

“I just want to say, I am very heartbroken that this rite aid is closing! Frank the store manager is a really good guy! I also enjoyed a lot of the associates there! It made it easy to grab things that I needed, now I will have to go to Northampton or even farther to get certain things. I also found it very disheartening, that rite aid is NOT going to give a severance package, to their hard-working employees! I think you should honestly be ashamed of yourself as a company! Do not do right by the people that kept you going as long as they did, especially when there was barely anything in the store, they still showed up they did their damn job, and they did a good job at it! So the fact that you're not going to be doing anything for your associates, just shows that's part of the reason you're going in bankruptcy! Because you never knew how to run a business! This five-star rating was for the employees ONLY!!! I wish all of you the VERY BEST Guys! I will miss seeing a lot of Y'all! God Bless and take care! From a loyal customer for years! Especially you frank, I enjoyed you at Kmart, and it's sad that you're going through the same thing now!??”
