“Great customer service. They helped get a shipment to Los Angeles that somehow went thru Guam and Hawaii get unstock in the USPS system. A few days after sharing tracking # and issue with them, they were able to contact Hawaii USPS to find the package and get it to LA. Above and beyond service!!!”

“The Palmerton P.O. IS a professional atmosphere where people can go in and send out mail with tracking for assurance their package will arrive. It is only on average between $0.10-$2 to jump up from 1ST Class to Priority Mail (depending on weight and distance) and it includes the tracking information to rest easy knowing when it is delivered.The counter associates are friendly, professional and they DO seem to know everyone. The two female clerks inside the building make it their business to know their job, the postage rates and services. Palmerton PO also has at least one new staff as well to beef up mail services. They ARE helpful and it is only the customers' candor that warrants the responses they receive.The mail delivery can be faster, but think about how there is limited staff, increased quantity (anywhere this would pose to be a challenge) and people taking off for personal illness things will slow down.Since the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, I have yet to have to call down there and say I am missing anything (whether a letter, package etc) and I am happy to claim since living here in early 2016, NOBODY has ever tampered with my mail.Also, the individual that cleans the post office lobby areas is always doing an excellent job keeping the place CLEAN AND SAFE! You can clearly tell she is generous with the cleaning service/products!Keep up the great work and thank you for the service!”

“The people are very nice except 1 person that wouldn't check if my package came in it was a white woman very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me but everyone else and the black woman was very helpful when I needed help with my packages she was so nice.Everyone was very professional and helpful except her..I so like this post office alot.”

The guy that's usually there is quite helpful and friendly.There is quite another experience about actually getting our mail delivered, but I don't think that's what you want to hear about.”

“I don't understand why so poor rating. Out of all post offices around this is the best one. And The laurys station one is the worse where they mail stuff to wrong addresses all the time. But this post office is the best they do his work precisely and the treatment is high quality no complaints at all.”
