Since the announcements of their closing this place is like a sinking ship. No one wants to help or transfer medications to a new pharmacy! This is insane! I have been getting my meds here no problem for the past 2 years, and to be honest I haven't had any problems until recently. Such a shame really.....

I just want to say, I am very heartbroken that this rite aid is closing! Frank the store manager is a really good guy! I also enjoyed a lot of the associates there! It made it easy to grab things that I needed, now I will have to go to Northampton or even farther to get certain things. I also found it very disheartening, that rite aid is NOT going to give a severance package, to their hard-working employees! I think you should honestly be ashamed of yourself as a company! Do not do right by the people that kept you going as long as they did, especially when there was barely anything in the store, they still showed up they did their damn job, and they did a good job at it! So the fact that you're not going to be doing anything for your associates, just shows that's part of the reason you're going in bankruptcy! Because you never knew how to run a business! This five-star rating was for the employees ONLY!!! I wish all of you the VERY BEST Guys! I will miss seeing a lot of Y'all! God Bless and take care! From a loyal customer for years! Especially you frank, I enjoyed you at Kmart, and it's sad that you're going through the same thing now!🙏💗

Was greeted by the staff, asked if I needed help and everything was great at both the pharmacy checkout and store checkout!

Hospital called to see if they had my medicine for a week supply, they said yes we do,go to get it and found out they only have 2 days worth,would call me when they got it ,no phone call,upon calling was told they didn't get the order ,and not till Monday.so I go over to pay for what I got so they could transfer my script and low and behold it was there,imagine that! So I no longer use rite aid because I don't need them,you can close all the stores with that service we don't need you .thanks for your help sort of if you want disappointment, go ahead in, I'll drive a little father for the pros.

I, unfortunately, need a controlled substance refilled monthly. The government does not make this super easy. There is no automatic refill, and the App has been uncooperative for me too many times. I have to physically call in to make sure its refilled. For me, this is no big deal (despite the fact that I absolutely hate making phone calls), but for the very few workers at the pharmacy, this certainly puts a dent in a busy morning.
If I am not on top of my meds, I'm out of luck, so I can be a bit demanding just so I can live a near normal life, but they always kindly and promptly take care of me.
I appreciate it. I'm sure most of the area does.
I hope rite aid treats you rite.
Thanks for being stressed out for us.

The women at the counter needs help with her snippy responses. Very rude and ignorant. The script was filled extremely fast but the cashier needs a training course on how to speak to people. I work with the public all day and would never snap at customer

lol this place is awful. Was waiting in line and then pulled up to window finally at 1:22 and I now realize lunch for them starts at 1:30-2. So as I sat there waiting for someone to talk to me and give me my kids prescription (takes less than a minute) I was left sitting there, just for the blinds to be pulled down. So apparently their lunch break is from around 1:15 - 2. At least on Mondays, will be switching!

They're very slow filling scripts and always a long line inside and out for pharmacy. Would recommend using Weis instead.

New to the area , I thought we would try ! Big mistake ! Hugh mistake! Who ever the pharmacist was on 2/10 , should not be qualified to be a pharmacist . Would like to speak with Corp. Or owner something must be done immediately before he harms someone ! When I saw 2.3 rating out of 5. SHOCKED ! WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS RITE AIDE !
