“Recently bought 4 new tires at CJ Tires including the protection plan. My tire pressure gauge came on so I took my car in to have them checked. Turns out I had a roofing nail in one tire and the tire had to be replaced. Because of the protection plan I did not have to pay for a new tire. I was so glad I bought the protection plan. With one new tire, it paid for itself!”

Although I was told to ask for CJ (who lived up to the expectations set by the previous Firestone), Joshua, Alex, and Victor were also excellent by means of customer service, vehicle knowledge, efficiency, honesty, and timeliness. I am a single female and never once felt taken advantage of with my lack of automotive knowledge and they both exhibited and proved good will by breaking things down for me (I personally needed it broken down as if they were speaking to a fourth grader), telling me what is imperative to address, what can hold out a little longer, and what would be unnecessary. I also was able to discuss vehicles in casual conversation with the staff who were extremely friendly, not at all judgy or condescending.
