I’ve been a loyal AAA member since 2019. I’ve trusted and used their services regularly, including booking vacations through them, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.
I made an appointment to get a tire checked and arrived on time. Despite that, I was told by the employee that I would need to wait because they were “very busy.” He explained that they were currently doing inspections and prioritizing those over tire repairs. It felt like my appointment didn’t matter at all.
After waiting nearly two hours, they finally looked at my car and claimed the issue was a leaking stem valve — and said they couldn’t fix it. However, that was not the actual problem. The tire had a nail in it, which they completely ignored. It’s clear the issue was misdiagnosed on purpose just to dismiss me. I believe they didn’t want to do the work because they preferred to focus on more profitable services.
When I asked the person helping me for his name, he said I didn’t need to know it — which I found very unprofessional. When I asked to speak with the branch manager, he said he was the supervisor. He even told me I could go elsewhere if I wanted the tire fixed. His attitude was rude and dismissive the entire time.
As someone who has paid for membership and stayed loyal to AAA for years, I expected far better treatment. This experience made me feel disrespected, and I no longer have confidence in their service or customer care.
Very disappointed.

Booked in person with one of their agents for our trip to Europe. We arrived at the car rental in the airport only to find that the booking was never confirmed. Tried calling AAA in that moment only to receive automated messages, and ended up booking through another service.
Tried addressing this with the store thereafter only to be met with apathy, no resolution and no responsibility taken.

Thanks for fixing my back brakes they are on there good and feel great no noise. Safety first thanks. Thanks manager for a great price, delight. Aaa is good for mechanics who are hard workers for cars :) Thanks for giving me a good deal and have a wonderful day. Brakes are hard to put on and I appreciate the dedication for me.

Terrible service, made an appointment for an oil change and they could even do the job. They tried to tell me my car needed other parts and that’s why they wouldn’t perform the oil change! My appointment was for 4pm on Saturday, seems like they just wanted to close shop and go home! I ended up going down the street, and what do you know, that shop was able to change my oil!

Keith was very thorough in explaining the inspection report and a few areas to be watched. Lamont was also his usual friendly self. I come to Warminster regularly for inspection.

I went for a state inspection. It took forever to do the testing. If you have a lot of time to waste you can go there. I would not recommend this place even though I am a AAA member. The team is very irresponsible.

The staff was fine. However, I received an email saying “FREE OIL CHANGE” only to go get the oil change and leaving after spending about $170. Some of this was to be expected as I got new wipers and some sort of oil plug that apparently was needed.
Please do not advertise a free oil change when the coupon only covers $50 to which they will change the billing code to charge you about $150. Even without the additions I would have spent $100 on a “free” oil change.
I will not be returning and I feel completely violated due to the false advertising.
Edited to add that my tire pressure light came on right after leaving.

I had a very disappointing experience at AAA Auto Care for a tire change. The front guy in the tire section told me that I needed to replace all four tires or at least the front two, even though this didn’t seem necessary.
To make matters worse, he quoted me for a tire that was of subpar quality and at an unreasonably high price. When I checked the price online, I found that it was at least $50 more expensive than the average cost for the same tire elsewhere.
This kind of upselling and price inflation is very frustrating. I cannot trust this service and do not recommend it to anyone. Be sure to do your research before considering this place for your vehicle needs.

Today I turned to this office for help, but I wasted my time. The woman took the documents and simply does not see the information and does not even delve into it. Just like a beautiful doll, which will not tell you anything intelligible and will not help you. Why are they sitting there if they are of no use?

I was only there to figure out the tire problem not everything else! They didn’t even greet me when I came in! It was my first time in there I had no idea what to do but still made me look confused. Then they trying to tell me that there was no tires for my specific vehicle! So why did I get towed there if they didn’t have it in stock! Worse experience ever!

Please do not go here for any car service , I would like to share my horrific experience , my Honda car was reported with multiple transmission and emission errors towing to this facility , team couldn’t even diagonize to fix the car instead I was charged saying it was fixed with some irrelevant plugs replacement , but diagnosis was not done properly even after 6 days I left the car at their facility , I end up towing to to Honda service dealer to fix the issue , neither AAA customer service nor branch manager was helpful to resolve the issue.

Went there for tag services for my vehicle. Bob was very helpful and patient with a plate transfer issue. One of his coworkers(her name starts with a C) came in and helped with the registration troubleshooting.
The gentleman at the vehicle service kiosk(name starts with an L) put on the license plate and was very helpful with the motorcycle questions I had.
Great place with friendly people!
