While they were not experts of KITT conversions, I collaborated closely with them. They listened and executed beyond my wildest dreams!!! “I would like to thank O'Neil Buick GMC for an outstanding buying experience. From Brian the used sales manager, discussing options on the phone and getting a ball park figure on the car and trade in before I made the hour long drive out to the dealership (living at Mcguire AFB). Then Eric my car salesman, he went on the test ride with me and kept the conversation going and let me get a decent test ride in, not just down the street and back and let me play with all the cars features never once seemed annoyed knowing I owned my current vehicle and could walk away from the deal anytime I wanted. Then Joe the finance manager, got me a better rate than my bank, advised me of extra coverages but did not force or try to convince me they were required. Ended up with the car I wanted, without feeling like I lost in the negotiations. I've bought at least 8-9 cars at dealerships, probably one of my better experiences, was not there all day and felt like I got a good deal. Highly recommend.”
“Great service!!! Had to take my car here after being hit from behind. They matched my aftermarket parts up really good. I do know that parts of a car never fully align back perfectly to where they were originally supposed to be, however they put it back together like nothing happened! My front grill & bumper looks great. They also fixed my headlights & I can see so much better at night now! They went above & beyond & John & his staff truly care. I had a flat once & took it to their other shop & they fixed it immediately. Highly recommend all John’s shops!!!”

“We have been purchasing our automotive items from Autozone in Warminster and have to say my husband is the person who usually goes to the store. On the 14th of this month my husband went in to purchased a new battery and post covers and someone installed it for him. I had my first encounter after calling and then visting the store on the 17th to purchase tag lights. Of course I wanted the led lights but when I got home only one worked because my vehicle only has the electrical power for the regular bulbs. Dustin came out to assist me. I am grateful for his empathy and assistance he installed one bulb and as I explained to him that although I am 67 as a woman I needed to learn. I had already taken the covers off at home and learned from a YouTube video but what I didn't know was that my vehicle is not equipped for the led bulbs. All in all excellent service. Ten stars for this store and it's employees. Please commend Dustin on my behalf.”
