I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. This shop is very honest and works hard to assist the customer in any way possible, whether it be financially, or with recommendations on repairs. Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“The customer service was superb. First time dealing with a accident and going through insurance. This shop was very transparent friendly when explaining the process. They stayed on the insurance company for me and when I received my car it was like brand new. These guys were awesome from the phone to in person nothing bad to say about them. I just wished the shop was closer but hopefully I won't need to return lol.”

“Great service!!! Had to take my car here after being hit from behind. They matched my aftermarket parts up really good. I do know that parts of a car never fully align back perfectly to where they were originally supposed to be, however they put it back together like nothing happened! My front grill & bumper looks great. They also fixed my headlights & I can see so much better at night now! They went above & beyond & John & his staff truly care. I had a flat once & took it to their other shop & they fixed it immediately. Highly recommend all John’s shops!!!”
