“Much like the dentist, a collision repair shop is someplace most people would be happy to never visit. However, if you need a collision repair shop, Caliber in Warminster is the spot. And Mike R. is the man. Recently my wife was driving behind a truck on a highway in NJ when some heavy metal material fell off the truck. She was unable to avoid all the material so several pieces struck the front and underneath areas of the car, and did considerable damage. The Raritan Township police (Kudos to them as well) had the car towed locally. Eventually my insurance company had the car towed to Caliber.
Mike R. and the Caliber team did a great job repairing the car. Caliber handled the necessary paperwork and conversations with my insurance company. Mike called me frequently with updates to the status of the repairs, including a couple of delays. I felt I was getting straight talk from him. All things considered, the whole process was painless to us.
The last thing I said to Mike when I picked up our car was “I hope I never see you again!” (with a smile). He got it.

Stopped by sept 2025 to make a payment and explained what upset me last time I had been in an spoke with the owner John who 100% understood why I was upset and apologized and has done what needs to to help resolve my problem. I really appreciate what he said - communication is key and some how communication got lost and he apologized and things have been changed. Very happy they have yet again found my problem with a leak and ordered parts an doing their best to get it done in timely fashion as they do have other customers and we all have to be a little patient as sometimes parts take time to get or just to get a apart in or out of a car can be time consuming.

North Cal mods, tranny work, oil changes etc.... Honestly, he is underpaid for the quality of work that you get from him. He has saved me more money than i think i've spent with him.”
“I would like to thank O'Neil Buick GMC for an outstanding buying experience. From Brian the used sales manager, discussing options on the phone and getting a ball park figure on the car and trade in before I made the hour long drive out to the dealership (living at Mcguire AFB). Then Eric my car salesman, he went on the test ride with me and kept the conversation going and let me get a decent test ride in, not just down the street and back and let me play with all the cars features never once seemed annoyed knowing I owned my current vehicle and could walk away from the deal anytime I wanted. Then Joe the finance manager, got me a better rate than my bank, advised me of extra coverages but did not force or try to convince me they were required. Ended up with the car I wanted, without feeling like I lost in the negotiations. I've bought at least 8-9 cars at dealerships, probably one of my better experiences, was not there all day and felt like I got a good deal. Highly recommend.”
