They sell you re-manufactured parts at full price and don’t tell you. I have had to have the alternator replaced 4 times now. 4 different mechanics each time said to get a new alternator not remanufactured, smh. Never trust them…then they are all mechanics all of a sudden but yet work in retail. Calm down and stay in your retail lane. You’re not professional mechanics. I’d like to know who I can send all these labor bills to

Very disappointing experience. The employees at this AutoZone location seem to have very limited knowledge about cars. Every time I come in, I end up having to explain things to them — from basic part compatibility to how certain components work. It’s frustrating when I know more about my vehicle than the staff that’s supposed to help me. It feels like they’re just typing into the computer without understanding what they’re doing. Definitely not the level of service I expected

As a brown person I will say the manager in the store is very mean and judgemental! I never recommend this place to anyone as long as you white. If you are open until 10 you have to do service until that time. The person working here was ready to help and because of the manager they lost the business like 260 dollars battery.

Came in for a $35 oil change bundle. Cashier grabbed the wrong filter and total came to $55. When I told them it was a sale, they swapped the filter and still wanted to charge me $55. The supervisor? said he would refund the difference instead of charging me the right amount lol

I have to give a shout out to the staff. I came in to grab wiper blades and must have read something wrong and grabbed the wrong ones. I came back and they were so kind and so helpful and didn't make me feel like an idiot. It was refreshing and will be coming back to this store every time.
