Got a new battery this trip and had it installed right in the parking lot.Their app is great. You can check inventory for the parts before you head over. Friendly staff. Great hours.A good place to shop.

Staff is cool but not extremely helpful. Selections not great very limited but it is a smaller store. Compared to other AutoZone in the area so gotta take that to consideration but it’s convenient and close to home so I go there a lot.

Big thanks to the staff at this location. We had a situation where we purchased a battery for my Mom's vehicle, and within a year it started to go bad. The battery was under warranty, so we went back to get a replacement. My Mom who is 81 years old drove there herself to get a replacement. She let us know that the staff was so helpful to her and very accommodating. They checked out the battery and some other things with her car. They didn't even hesitate to offer to replace the battery for her while she waited. The staff was super friendly and very helpful to her. This meant a lot to us. At the time we were out of the state and it's nice to know that she was well taken care of. Thanks Team Autozone, we highly recommend you guys for the next time we need you ! Great job

Bought a battery a year ago. had to recently take it to a mechanic because on several occasions - the battery was dead and needed to be jumped. Mechanic said "nothing wrong with anything other than the batter is testing low" took it back to autozone - explained the situation and the manager agreed that it was testing low (for a year old battery) BUT it was low because the alternator was draining it... I told him again that a mechanic JUST looked at the car and confirmed everything was working properly .... BUT - this guy (without even looking at the car) somehow came to the conclusion that the alternator was fault. Result - I was denied a new battery EVEN though I was told (when I bought it) "...if anything goes wrong with this battery - you just bring it back and we'll replace it..." Something as simple as this - just replace the F-in battery (which doesnt cost them anything because it's sent back to the manufacture). Instead - they showed me that they don't give a crap about their customers or the products they sell. I will NEVER do business with them again!

I personally have never been to an AutoZone that didn't have friendly employees who are willing to work with you to attempt to get your car in working order. Despite the arguing between the manager and one of his subordinates, which a little yelling was involved, they still were very helpful when assisting me. So over all, a good expense, and I guess a good story to tell on a review.

I came into Warminister Autozone several months ago inquiring about a oil container that can store a fair amount so I don't have to return oil everytime I do an oil change. The employee that helped me out suggested a 5 gallon pail bucket which would give me 3-4 oil changes before having to haul in my old oil. I specifically asked if I could bring back this bucket filled with old oil and reuse it. Employee asked a manager and confirmed it was fine. Awesome!... That wasn't the case today. Came in with my 3/4 filled pail bucket of used oil and was told by another manager that it can be no larger then a 5qt container. I explained this is not what I was told and his response was "well I don't know who told you that but they were wrong". I said can you look up my order and tell me the name of the employee that rang me up for the bucket? He said if it's not a warranty item they can't see who rang me up. Of course not! I had about $65 in an online order and another $40 in products in the store that I left behind and had my online order canceled. Went to walmart and everything was cheaper for the same items. I'll spend my money elsewhere like amazon and walmart for much better prices moving forward. They could have easily made an exception and let me know 5qts is the most they will take back next time but instead they lost a customer for life. ✌️
