Biyearly checkup visit no longer drop off visits but still not back to going in with the Vet during the exam. They take them to the back and come back in about 20 minutes, and the vet techs go over the info. I reviewed the visit summary later and learned more than what I was told. Prefer the pre covid visits. Hopefully they get back to it at some point. The wellness plans make it easier to manage the cost. This should have been a dental cleaning too but I didn't realize it when I made the appt and wasn't informed when they changed it since I booked online. I now need to schedule another appt for his cleaning.

Extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable staff. I was filling out paperwork for my dog and asking clarifying questions about a procedure and if it was recommended to have it done to which the nurse Adrianna responds “well it’s up to you we’re not the one paying for it” instead of answering my questions. When I said that was unhelpful, she just shrugged. I’ve never felt the need to ask for someone specifically not to work on my dog until today. I understand these are animals and not humans but they deserve the same care and concern, if not more, and I did not get that from this nurse at this location. I most likely won’t be bringing my pet here againUpdate: I reached out to banfield about this with no response. If anyone else has found competent help and care here I am honestly very happy for you and your pet. My experience with banfield of warminster, nurse Adrianna, the front desk who doesn’t properly book appointments, and management who clearly don’t care about these types of concerns has left me deeply troubled . I don’t trust anyplace that wouldn’t treat my pet with the same care and concern that they would their own and that was my takeaway from the whole experience

It's not because of the veterinarian or the people that work there or their intake process or any of those things as to why I feel like they are only should get a one star. We recently had to put her dog down at home. We had just recently seen the Vet few weeks earluer for her 3 year exam and to give her five shots covered by the insurance plan for her normal for your visit. A few weeks later she took a turn for the worse and we had to put her down. So we called the insurance company through Banfield and they made us pay $460 just to exit the insurance coverage and charged us for the services of the most recent visit. We were fuming that a humanitarian service could be so heartless. I Highly recommend staying away from this place if you plan to have proactive insurance because once your pet dies you're going to get whacked with another four to 500 $ bill for recent exams.

I recently visited Banfield Pet Hospital with my kittens, Ginger and Shady, and I must say that I had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable.Ginger, the mother cat, required a thorough examination, and the veterinarians at Banfield Pet Hospital took the time to assess her health meticulously. They were gentle, caring, and handled Ginger with utmost professionalism. They explained each step of the examination process to me, ensuring that I understood what they were doing and why. It was evident that their top priority was the well-being of my beloved feline companion.Shady, my three-month-old, three-pound kitten, needed her vaccines. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and informed me that she was too young and small to receive the rabies shot at that time. They took the time to explain the importance of waiting until she reaches the appropriate age and weight. I truly appreciated their expertise and their dedication to ensuring Shady's safety and overall health. They even scheduled a follow-up appointment for her rabies shot in three weeks, which shows their commitment to providing comprehensive care. The kindness and compassion displayed by the entire staff at Banfield Pet Hospital were exemplary. The clean and well-organized facilities further added to the positive experience.Thank you to the entire team at Banfield Pet Hospital for your outstanding service and commitment to animal welfare. Keep up the fantastic work!Sincerely,Alex Kalonov.

I really hope no one waste any money here for the least caring vet I’ve ever been to. I started taking my new puppy here for almost a year now because of the puppy plan they offer. Not only do they overcharge you for everything but have no idea what goes on. They don’t care for your pet and a lot of the staff have a bad attitude. I’m still waiting for a call back in regards to some questions I have…it’s been over a month. They still make the Covid excuse as to why you can’t go back with your pet during the visit and don’t really go over anything with you. They tried tell Inc. me it cost 1700 to remove my dogs 2 baby K9s that never fell out on their own…my new vet charged me 400. This place is a rip off and I regret ever taking my dog here since they only care about making money and finishing their shift. If you love your pet as much as I do you’ll go anywhere but here!!!

Warminster and Dresher Bamfields are very good. There is a monthly plan you can buy for dogs about $45 or so per month includes all office visits...all vaccines ..one yearly dental...one lab and one urine per year. Cats are less senior animals are more.

I have been taking my dog there since I got him 5 years ago. Customer service was great in the beginning of his life, but recently it had been terrible. He only had one good appointment since COVID started 2 years ago. They have to give him sedation medication that I give to him, then take forever to check you in and come out to pick up the dog. Then 3 minutes after dropping him off they call and say they cannot examine him cause he is too out of control. Then they make me pay for more medication and send him home. He has seizures and needs doctor attention. Since his appointment on 6/6/2022 he has had 10 seizures, is blind, and cannot really move. Called for help and advice and they said they cannot accommodate for the situation. Love taking your money but when they have to actually be doctors they are not there for you.
