Absolutely phenomenal service. I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. This shop is very honest and works hard to assist the customer in any way possible, whether it be financially, or with recommendations on repairs. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I have used Barry Hackert Auto Body multiple times now. Every time has been a great experience. Brian is honest and cares about quality work. He goes the extra mile to make everything right. He communicates through the whole process and makes it easy. Dealing with an accident is never pleasant. But, Brian and his team definitely make it easier. Highly recommend.

Best collision center in the area. Always go above and beyond and help to make insurance and repair processes as easy as possible. Very quick service and you can tell that every employee at this shop cares about the customers. My car always comes out of the shop looking even better than it did before damages.

Hackert auto body/insurance fraud. Taking shop to court. Estimate has them replacing quarter panel on two month old 60K car. They decide to repair with Bondo and call it replaced. When I called him out on it, he tells me he's saving me a lot of money ( let me fix it again). Didn't ask to save money.Asked for the car to look like new, it doesn't. Don't come here if you want it done right. Good luck,

Brian Hackert (who has operated this business for many years after his father opened it) does amazing body work. We’ve had to use his services as many times over the years. He works closely with the insurance companies so that I’ve never had to pay more than my deductible for his work, and there has never been a problem anytime he has serviced any of our family’s vehicles. I direct many people to this business and no one has ever complained.
