Marianna is the GOAT !!! I love coming into the store they always have something new for me and my mom, and we just have the best time laughing, trying on boots and clothes. This store is one of a kind, and we are glad we found it!!!

My husband and I went into this store once and the woman behind the counter gave us a stare down and made us feel uncomfortable. Every time we pass we make a comment that it’s the store with the rude owner. Won’t be stopping in again.

I just found this store yesterday. When I entered I was confused, was I in a retail store or did I die and go to Heaven. Ok I’m being dramatic… really though if you’re into western wear don’t walk RUN to this store! By far the BEST selection of cowboy/cowgirl boots, clothing and accessories!

Rang the bell and got stared down by woman behind the counter, kept looking at me like I was not welcome , never came to help me out . Just ignored me or gave dirty look. Not getting $1 from me . Ignorant people running that place . I just left never going back

All the best brands of Western Wear and accessories for Men and Women. This is a great store. We were immediately greeted by the owner who guided us through their inventory. They also can provide FFL services for purchases and transfers.

Fantastic store!! Super helpful staff with a great selection. Helped my wife finally get into a pair of boots! And my son loved the cow print stool?Update. Went back in for a pair of boots for myself and found the perfect ones for me! And had to get the wife another pair cause she looked too darn cute in em!! Don’t listen to the reviews complaining about common sense issues. The manager is the kindest woman and super helpful. Give this place your business!!!!!

If I could give this woman a 0 I would. She was adamant about selling ariat over justin boots. I've been wearing Justin's all my life and you can't beat the comfort. She wouldn't exchange the boots for something else or give a store credit which her receipt states...all because I wore them out of the store. And left the box. I even bought the display. The boots are killing my feet. All I wanted was an exchange or store credit. She was extremely rude over the phone.

This women has the worst customer service ever. I've worked in retail 1/2 of my life and she wouldn't even exchange the boots. All because my husband walked outside with them. She tells me that there's no test driving boots?? I'll stick with Justin's and big Corp. They at least guarantee comfort and exchange.
