Fun and engaging workouts. Yes, at times it feels grueling but knowing others feel the same but all of you, as a group are encouraging each other and powering through the workouts, gives a better feel of accomplishment at the end of it.From the warm and friendly greeting to the trainers helpfulness, the pumping music and the camaraderie of the group, this by far is the best group gym I've attended.

Bria Method is unlike the other group training classes out there. Using the assault bikes over a rowing machine is much more effective to me. There are not many classes that don’t push me to work hard. You will definitely get the results if you put in the work. There is always modifications if your new or struggling with an injury.

Decided to join Bria method 2 months ago and I absolutely love it , my body has changed so much, I feel the strongest Ive ever been!! Each trainer brings a different style/energy to the classes, no workout is ever the same. This gym pushes you to work hard and it pays off 100%

I've been going to Bria Method for 2 years, it's my favorite place. The trainers are all so nice and they motivate you in the best way. The workouts are fun and challenging, always changing so you're never bored. The other clients are friendly, it's a positive community. Best gym around. Hands down!

Tony, Mike, Nick and every instructor I've had so far are superb! I don’t live in the area anymore but every time I’m in town I try to come to Bria and the workout is top notch and a lot of fun! From the front office staff to the instructors, I always feel welcomed and supported. The instructors take extra care to help me with my form so I do exercises properly and don’t get hurt. I wish they had Bria Method in Boston :)

I have gone to a number of different workout studios throughout the Philadelphia area and Bria Method stands out as the best one I have been to. No workout is the same, which makes things challenging but fun and not boring. Each trainer brings their own style and they are all very motivating. I would recommend to any family member or friend.

Great workout with a higher lifting component than most cross-training style workouts. I’ve tried Bria twice now and both experiences were excellent. The coaches were 100% engaged for the full hour - walking around constantly to check in, encourage, make sure your form is correct, etc. The photos are a bit intimidating but the class is not, and there were people of all levels inside working equally hard. It’s also a nice drop-in workout for more cardio-centric people who would like to add a stronger lifting component to their workout routine. The people at the front desk were knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

So thankful for Bria method. I just moved to the area and was told by a P.T I needed to work on my core because of in-balance I have . I knew after the first class, The Bria method was the right fit. Now that I been going on a regular basis, I''m hooked and my core is getting stronger. Tony is great at motivating!!! Especially for those early morning classes.
