“Mr. Cornell is a man that is very well with the public. That's in important. This about my third time renting a car and there was time I could see when it has been a busy day for him. He seem tired but still do what his job require. Yesterday October 21 of returning the car it was one of those days. His expertise in dealing with the public is excellent. “I just bought a brand new RAV4 and while I was parallel parking accidentally scuffed the front left side. I was so upset! I called to bring my car in for a quote and they were able to see me in just an hour. Steven came out and buffed it out of my car in less than a minute and wouldn’t charge me anything. (Extremely grateful!) It pretty much looks like brand new. Next time I have anything happen to the body of my car I’ll for sure take it back to Roxy Auto.”
