usually when I go into chase banks I get stares and the workers are very pushy and rude not these people they’re very nice and sweet .wish I could come to this branch more often to deposit money but it’s a far drive

If I could give it anything other than a star, I would give it a terrible bank, they treat people very badly. I went and they told me that they didn't have time to open an account and they were talking without doing anything.

Great bank. Very friendly staff, especially Ed Cruz. He helped us to understand all the issues quickly and qualitatively. I recommend it to everyone.

Stupid bank can’t even issue a debit card to the correct address, even when told they would , disconnected from corporate , they don’t know polices and will give you a run around . Additionally I can see why it’s never busy there 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing , will be contacting Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

People who work there are incredibly skilled and professional. Excellent customer service! Thomas Macchi was very helpful - he gave me excellent advice on how to manage my finances, as well as gave me an answer to all of my questions. Highly recommend this location and Thomas Macchi!

Came into the branch yesterday just to change my phone number because you cant do it online. There were no customers inside, but one of the customer service reps said "i have a meeting" and was just standing there for over 20 mins talking to one of the tellers. Even the investment advisor asked him to help and he refused. I wound up waiting for 30 mins and then just leaving. Will not go to the bank again and will probably cancel take my money elsewhere.

The staff here know customer service at its best! Bankers really know there stuff! They know what chase private client is all about and can explain it better than anyone else!
