Terrible experiences on different occasions with Mikayla and Megan. Rude and condescending to customers. I see i am not the first person to mention this in a review. Bank elsewhere.

Very poor experience with Megan, the manager. I needed a bank check for a deposit on a home I am buying and she said she didn’t feel comfortable doing it for me. I had all my account info, we did the verification code then she just said she wouldn’t do it. I went to another location and they did it with no issues.

Closest Citizens branch to my home for the past 5 years & never once had a problem, except my favorite teller, Albert has left. Thankfully the negative reviews here (god forbid branch is closed on a Holiday or there is someone ahead of you so you have to wait in a line) are ridiculous, but provided a good laugh.

If you expect my money and business how about you stay open on Columbus day. Didn't know you follow the same schedule as a elementary school, while real businesses stay open. Not only you guys lost a large deposit, will be closing my account as well.
